This was the highlight of our family trip to Las Vegas. Such an amazing perspective and a different way to see the Grand Canyon. Even my 12yo daughter thought it was “awesome”. Highly recommended it.

A local recommended Maverick and I was thrilled. Smooth ride and our pilot, Ezra, was very nice. Loved his playlist. The views are insanely beautiful. Totally recommend because I drove to the canyon once and I was tired and lazy for 3 days. This is the way to do it 😅

The pilot wasn't friendly and we were very hot because there was no air conditioning.

We're sorry to hear that you found the pilot to be less friendly than expected. Providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience is important to us, and we will share your comments with our flight operations team for review.
We're also sorry to hear that you were uncomfortable due to the heat. Our helicopters are equipped with air conditioning; however, during the extreme summer temperatures in Las Vegas, especially in July, the system is not able to cool the cabin to the same level you would experience in your home or car. While it does provide cooling, the intense desert heat and the nature of helicopter operations can make the cabin feel warmer than expected. We understand this can be uncomfortable, and we're sorry that it impacted your experience.
