MAS9 makes running a Taekwondo school so much easier. I've used other programs in the past--SPARK, Kicksite, and AMS--and MAS9 stands out in a lot of ways.

There is an excellent bilingual customer support line (Korean and English) where you can actually talk with a person to ask your specific question. If you want a feature, you can request it and the response time is super fast (sometimes overnight). The system itself can be used in Korean, English, and Spanish. And data transfer was comparatively easy because the customer support personally helped us set everything up.

All the various softwares make billing and memberships pretty easy. MAS9 really stands out with its testing system and member app. You can auto-generate custom certificates for belt testing and either email or print them out in one click. You can also evaluate and score students on lots of different things for their test and automatically share your feedback to them.

The member app lets students practice your curriculum, complete and submit homework, sign up and pay for events, and purchase merchandise from home. There's also a separate admin app to let you see appointments and get notifications when you're not at the school.

Overall MAS9 is a great program now, and with such great customer support and fast response time, it's getting even better every day!

I have been using mas9 for about 7 months in my school. I have used a lot of different softwares over the years but the customer service at mas9 is next level. The owner cares about the clients and anytime I have had had a recommendation, they have listened and worked to add it. I cant reccomend it enough. And the merchant processing rates are amazing also.

MAS9 software made my daily office work much easier. I had used previous management software for a long time like 7 years and MAS9 just does everything much better and cheaper. Recommend to other school owners and office managers.
