We bought a magic trick for a 10yr olds Christmas gift. There was a problem with it. We contacted marvins magic twice, bit they didn't even respond.

1 very disappointed 10 year old.

The Tricks were really bad, there was no magic behind them, the instructions were useless, they didn't help at all. The pack says 50 of the greatest tricks, and it only gives 5. Everyone knows how I did the magic trick, and when I showed them the tutorial they still guessed it. Really disappointed with these tricks, gonna buy them from another, better brand next time.

Contacted Marvin’s magic by email to complain about drawing board . Its completely useless amd requested refund but haven’t heard back from them

I ordered a zorbi for my son for Christmas. It was defective. I’m trying to get in touch with the company since Christmas but no reply. Avoid ordering from this company!

Delivered wrong item and seven weeks later still no response to emails or resolving problem. Item was a Xmas present which never happened. Avoid this company. No customer service at all. Luckily not a great expenditure but now written it off.

I ordered the 50 card tricks and the magic markers for my kids for Christmas on December 12th. The website said 3 to 5 days for delivery. On December 20th, I had not received a shipping notification, so I emailed the company asking about my order. No response was received. I sent a follow up email inquiring as to my order, but my email was again ignored. Needless to say, I never received the item or a response to my emails inquiring about my order. Super disappointed that I was left scrambling to find replacement gifts to gifts I had ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and having to file a dispute with my credit card, which was promptly charged by Marvin's Magic when the order was placed. I would suggest looking elsewhere and not order from this company.

The parcel that I ordered was returned back to them by the courier. I am Currently out of pocket I have not received the order, they have my money and are not responding to my emails.

Terrible customer service AVOID this company.

Purchased imagic as a present and there is no QR code anywhere to be seen which is needed to access the app to use the magic set. Therefore not useable! Looked through many reviews and similar complaints. Apparently Marvin’s magic do not respond customer service wise either. Very frustrating and a waste of my money..
