Started well, ended badly
We sought advice from this solicitor firm and at first things went very well. They were empathic, kind and appeared to have good professional knowledge. Unfortunately, as time went on our trust was eroded and communication broke down to a point where we were verbally attacked by Martin Cray himself, who we had barely interacted with (instead working with junior staff in the team). We have been so concerned at the behaviour and practice that we have taken up cases with the Solicitor's Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman. No one should find that seeking help from a solicitor becomes traumatic in itself. We have since followed the advice of another solicitor for our legal matter and it was quickly and swiftly resolved (in our favour). Had we had followed the advice from Martin Cray, we would have not had that resolution,
