I placed more than 2 orders during a year time. I wanted to say thank you. To my surprise it seems there are a few not factual reviewers slacking company, some even not based in UK or using hate speach.
Let's put things straigh. All communication, delivery times and order updates are really good in pair of Amazon or eBay.
Delivery is brilliant. Drivers did ring me when no one opened door.
Price is OK, delivery charge and timing for bulk items is way faster and cheaper than other competetors
They use PayPal, money are save. There is and phone number and refunds policy.
And it looks from the catalog Farm Market place is not a toy shop but proper supplier for real farmers.
My wish, the would have better selection of fungicides and insecticides. No one asked me to post this review.

Incredible Service, ordered my item Friday afternoon and it arrived Midday Monday and am in the Highlands of Scotland, very efficient, would definitely recommend this company, very very impressed with all aspects of the service. The lady that dealt with my order was very pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely awful no correspondence. Asked for refund as I’ve waited over a week for item. Then message arrived and I now have to send via secure post my paper prescription to Ireland even though they have photo of prescription before the send meds. I actually saved about £4. Joke they’re not worth the bother dealing with.

I ordered some hydraulic parts back on 3rd April. Never received a receipt or my goods. When I chased I was only then sent an invoice but was then told there was a 3 week lead time. This went to 6 weeks. Finally part of the order arrived in late May. By June 1st we had to get a refund for the balance of the order. We were never communicated that the refund had been processed. Once again we had to ask. Enough is enough. The stock I purchased was fraudulently advertised on their website as it was never in stock and no mention of back orders on their website. Never purchase from this company again. Poor communication from both Farm Marketplace and the vendor

I placed an order and paid for it on 29th April. I’ve tried contacting them to ask about the order numerous times via telephone and they never pick up, I’ve left voicemails and my contact details and not one response. All I’m after is a delivery date. Order status just says in progress. I’m still waiting for a response

Update. Now been delivered and communication was improved

I paid for 2 x Fenn Traps over the phone and was assured they would arrive within 2 days. The next day I received a copy of my order by email but I have not received the goods. I have called the landline and the mobile number on numerous occasions and emailed 3 times. I have never had a response.

Absolutely brilliant service...rang up...spoke to a lovely lass...not an Android....which was the first bonus...and within three days my much wanted Michelin s were with me.....tyres which incidentally,no one else could get...not even Michelin Uk....and at a cracking price.....will definitely be back 👍🏻

I'm not going to give a bad review especially in these times, but i ordered a pair of Redback boots on the 1st September and for whatever reason i never received them so unfortunately i had to claim my money back through Paypal and to be fair Farm Marketplace repaid the money back straight away.
I did try to support my most local ish company but it wasn't to be.

purchased some boots eight days ago, all I've received is a email asking for a review of the company😝

Within 1hr of posting this review Farm Market phoned me to apologised for the delay in receiving my boots.
This was much appreciated and l will use this company again😀

First class company, a delight to deal with and the best price by far for the compressor. The lady I had to deal with was so helpful. The item came within 2 days of ordering. Thank you Farm Marketplace.

The order was dispatched very swiftly and arrived in good time. However, down marked score as DHL delivery driver ( an overseas self employed person ) caused damage at out property during the delivery and enquiries resulted in us being told there was no option than to proceed against the driver direct and make him pay. No one else would accept responsibilty and his insurance arrangements were withheld from us, which I believe is incorrect.

Backpack sprayer & safety glasses delivered the next day. Very pleasantly surprised considering the times. Can’t fault service like that!

Great value. Easy ordering process. Some products are very quick to go out of stock.
Good idea and I'm sure it will expand rapidly.
