This hair is rubbish and dangerous .they do not refund ,they make up lies .do not buy

Purchased 34 inch hair extensions. Received 30 inch hair extensions labelled as 34 inches.
They refused to send correct item or refund. They ignored my messages so I had to take out paypal case against them.
Extremely unprofessional. Extensions were awful quality and smelt awful.

Great quality! I’ve been using these for about a year now. The tape holds up better than pricier salon brands. There is minimal shedding. The color is always a perfect match! Out of curiosity, I weighed them & they are 50g as described. I will continue to order from here, as I am very pleased with the product!

It's worth to buy them, these extensions are great. I have thin, damaged hair, the extensions blend in much better with my hair's natural texture. They do hold wavy beautifully. And they can be installed easily and they feel super soft and the coloer is nice!

Can't say nothing bad about this hair company, i have purchased from them 4 times already. The color is acurate the hair is heavy, tape is very good and strong, and the hair with good and proper care last a very long time , about 4 to 8 weeks. I strongly recommend using a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, with a light leave in coconut hair cream. . It will leaves the hair as soft as beautiful as when first purchased.

These extensions are better quality than the high end ones I’ve bought in the past! They untangle very easily, the hair is of great quality and very soft. I highly recommend these! They’re a steal for the price! Shipping was extremely fast!

When I tell you this hair is gorgeous, that’s an understatement! It feels amazing and matches my hair color perfectly. The med brown has hint of auburn which is my natural hair color exactly. But the feel is what has me sold, the texture is very real, the individual clip ins are just right, not too thick nor too thin. I say that because my hair is on the fine/thin side and if the clip ins were any thicker it wouldn’t look natural in my hair. I love the 14” because it matches my hair length. I am going to order the 16” just for some added fun for special occasions. I won’t wear every day because I’m not sure how long they will hold up, but for the price it won’t break the bank to reorder. I’m 50 and not trying to look 25 with ridiculous locks, I just wanted to add some fullness and volume while staying natural looking & age appropriate. If you are on the fence, I say take a chance and buy it. You will not be disappointed!!
P.S the clips are very strong and they stay in place!!

I love these extensions so much. This is my first time trying clip-ins & I’m obsesed. I will never get a sew - in again because these are so great & easy & blend perfectly with my relaxed hair. I wish someone would have told me about Clip-ins sooner. Great price & quality too. I didn’t even use all of the pieces from the 1 set I ordered. Satisfied is an understatement for my first time with extensions.

I got it for special occasions but I love it so much I wear it everyday! Real hair human hair that's easy to curl or straighten! So soft and healthy too so that's a major bonus. I used a purple shampoo to tone it when I first got it a few months ago and it matches my hair perfectly. Just make sure not to apply the purple shampoo directly to the hair, just fill your sink up with warm water and mix in some purple shampoo and dip the hair in for a few minutes!

Tried to place na order - with exactly the same hair type as the first time i ordered - only longer. The curl type was different instead of bigger curls like mine it was tiny small curls. I emailed several times and they asked me to style the hair to match my own instead of sending back so they could send the correct item. They then ignored several emails. Then on instant chat and after an hour of talking to someone at customer service it was still not resolved. I paid postage on my item - so it was not my fault they sent the wrong item but they wanted me to pay postage a second time even though they sent the wrong item to me. They argued with me back and forth that they wanted to give me 'gifts' instead of refunding me, i just had to bare ANOTHER postage fee. I just wanted what i paid for, not gifts and i certainly was not going to pay again for postage. I asked for a refund as the product was unopened. After more emails they then decided to send the product to me - even though i did not pay postage and even though i specifically asked for a refund. Getting a refund from customer service should not be that difficult - explain they sent me the wrong product should also not be difficult and they should of offered to either help exchange or refund instead of arguing with me to style it myself etc. First they said they only had one type of curl there to sell - but they clearly did not as i was sent two different types. The customer service is terrible if you need a refund or exchange and bare in mind if they send you the wrong product - you have to pay a small fortune to send the product back to china - at your own cost. And they will probably ask you to pay for postage again for them to send the correct item back to you. I like the extensions but i would not use them again because of the terrible customer service trying to help me. It took almost two months to get the right product out to me. Not good

The attitude of the customer service is very good. I still have doubts about the color when I choose the hair. The customer service asked me to take a photo for her and then made a free color matching for me, and then found the right color.

I was really worried before I bought it, because this was my first online shopping, but the hair I received did not disappoint me. Its quality was very good, and it takes 3 days to be delivered,it's really so fast.

Good quality hair, I am the owner of a salon, I have ordered many hairs from here, they have not let me down every time, of course, there are occasional small problems in the middle, but when I contact customer service, They all handled it for me in time. It is worth mentioning that DHL is very fast.

Their free color matching allowed me to find my expected hair. And DHL express shipping was very fast, My order arrived in 3 days. The extension is same as the picture on website ,and it made me catch up with the graduation ceremony.

I ordered the wrong hair and I contacted customer service and tony replied back and was very nice and willing to help the problem out! It was very fast and because of him I’m able to get my correct order!! Tony you did great thank you so much for fixing a problem that wasn’t yours, you could have easily told me sorry you can’t help me but u went beyond and pushed through for me!!!! I’m excited for my arrival!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DON'T DELIVER THEIR CUSTOMERS PARCELS! IT'S AN UNTRUE SHOP! I ordered a weave and paid for extra fast shipping and DHL mentioned that the record was on their system but they haven't sent it yet. They make you think it's lost with DHL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They also said that they would only refund my money if I didn’t write a review or left a “positive” review.
They also report negative feedback so it gets flagged so people can’t see any authentic truthful reviews! Do not buy from here!
