Managed to get a fender modified bass from Manns music..when no other suppliers had any stock..it was a better price too! Fast delivery..Great product..Great price.

I phoned Manns Music after a goggle search’ for a Washburn Acoustic Guitar’ and found these to be the cheapest available’ so gave them a call ‘ then proceeded to order from website’ the guitar arrived the next day ‘ the staff and delivery was excellent from start to finish and the guitar was perfect ready to play I could not ask for more

Great product but we nearly did not get it. It was left on the door step of the front door facing a major in road. It had not been for a neighbour who took a photography we would not have got it. Worse the delivery company said it had been signed for but was not able to produce evidence. I was concerned that Manns music use the same delivery company I would not buy again. I am impressed to hear direct from Manna Music that they have been reviewing their agreements with their delivery companies - brilliant company

First time buying from Manns. Superb, first class experience. I Bought a Fender Acoustasonic Player Telecaster. Got my questions very quickly answered. Delivery was very fast - next day. Guitar arrived very well packaged. The guitar is stunning. The price was the best I could find. Really couldn't ask for anything more. Terrific experience. Thank you.

Very happy with the service provided, when I bought a discounted Fender FSR Princeton Amplifier recently. Item was despatched immediately and I got it within 2 days of purchase. Item was extremely well packed and of exceptionsl quality.

Ordering online was straightforward. Response time excellent. My order, shipped using Royal Mail Track24 was with me the following day. Excellent service. The item I bought, a BOSS RV-200 Reverb pedal was very competitively priced: less than the advertised price of most other UK retailers I found through online search.

We bought a ukulele and case for our son (May 2025) - excellent service, order was dispatched the next day and received 2 days later in perfect condition. And it was cheaper than any options on Amazon!

Rang them Friday to confirm stock, item posted Monday and arrived tracked on Tuesday. Great service

I prefer to shop in independent stores rather than on-line so drove circa 20 miles to Manns music in Colchester.
They had 3 staff that I could see working , one was with a customer, one was (I think eating) at a desk and the 3rd had been upstairs came down and then sat at a desk and went on the internet
No one said hi, no one asked me if they could help and no one (other than a customer that was in the shop, playing a guitar, who said someone will be here soon) acknowledged me in anyway.
After 8 1/2 minutes I left.
Pundits state that the high street is dead because of on-line shopping.
In this instance it’s lack of any service that prevented them making a sale.

The staff went out of their way to help, including as I live locally of delivery by hand on their way home 🏡 absolutely top marks for service,and the product was excellent.

I took my 12 year old daughter to try some digital pianos. The shop assistant was very helpful and showed us which ones are suitable for her level and let her try them all out.
We decided on one, I asked for the details, the assistant went downstairs and came back with a piece of paper with the details including code, price, delivery charge, her name and shop phone number. I agreed, and they ordered the piano.
When the piano arrived nearly 2 weeks later, my daughter came home from school and announced that this is not the same piano that she tried in the shop, it was the model below and one that the shop assistant said wouldn't be suitable for her level.
I went to the shop in person to explain that it was the incorrect piano and that it wasn't the one we agreed on in the shop.
I received no apology and was actually made to feel like it was my fault the wrong one was ordered, like I know what their codes mean?
The one we actually wanted was an additional £400 more than the one that was delivered.
The shop offered to collect and order the correct one if I paid the full amount.
I found the same digital piano online for £150 cheaper. I asked if they could match that price and was laughed at, "it's not our fault! And we don't make much profit on them"
They have collected the piano and refunded our money, and I will order online from another supplier.
I'm bitterly disappointed by the lack of apology or acknowledgement of their error, the rudeness from them when I complained. Totally ruined the shop experience, I should have just bought online in the first place.

Item arrived very quickly. Not Mann's fault, there were some small parts missing. Customer support obtained the parts from the manufacturer and passed them on
