Absolutely fantastic team of people…
Absolutely fantastic team of people with some of the beat service I’ve experienced both pre and post purchase! The live chat help was brilliant in helping decide what scooter to purchase and the delivery was within 2 days which is unheard of now! Would 100% recommend and will be using them as my go to company now for all things electric.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately we can’t control courier companies especially during these testing times. Covid and lockdown has had such an incredible knock on affect for all customers, businesses & in general the entire UK economy and business shipping/courier network.
Although we are sorry there have been some small delays with getting your inner tube/tyre to you there does need to be some patience when the entire UK population is in full lockdown and businesses are struggling to run smoothly pre Covid.
We do feel that a 1 star review is slightly unfair as we are not the courier company. If you have such strong views we suggest you directly contact TNT to voice your frustrations.

Will from ManFirth... Top Service!
My son ordered the Kugoo G booster scooter from ManFirth and it arrived on time. We had a problem of the charger and on Boxing Day Will spent his time to guide us through how to rectify the problem. When it wasn’t resolved Will tested another charger and sent it to us, next day delivery. This sorted the problem. I cannot fault the aftercare Will gave us, especially over the festive season. Quick response. Great scooter and service. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service, Will was very helpful when I purchased my scooter, however as soon as there was a few issues he did not want to know, he would not answer in the couple of times I called him.

Manfirth are great always answered the phone! There were issues with my scooters unfortunately, so I had to go elsewhere .😕 Will is a friendly and a great help. Also I had my refund back within 2 days which was great. 👍.

Very helpful , super fast to answer any question I’ve had and the scooter D6+ is a beast , built like a tank . I was super impressed when it arrived and was blown away by the size and quality of it , best £1595 I’ve ever wasted on a toy and I love it .

Manfirth nanrobot ls7 purchase
Great company to buy electric scooters from (got a black Friday discount) I had a very pleasent experience great comms, delivery time was good only problem I had was a bent deck on my nanrobot ls7 but after sending pictures and evidence a great chap called will took care of everything and another one is on its way.
Very pleasent experience and if I need them for anything I won't hesitate to shop here again
