Just sent back today jade green cable…
Just sent back today jade green cable jumper size 10/12. It was far too big with baggy cuffs. No return label in parcel and struggled to find how to return item. Ended up sending it back to postcode through Post Office! Not easy. I don't have a smart phone or printer or means of getting to drop off centre. Also postage was £4.25. It should be much easier than this.

Postage rip off.
I ordered a petite cardigan in the sale for £17.99. I had to return it as it was ridiculously long for a petite fitting as it came down to my thighs. I only received £10 a refund!! M&Co took £2.99 for the initial postal costs and then £5 for returning it. So a cardigan that was totally unsuitable for a petite filling cost me £7.99 and I have nothing to show for it. I won't ever be ordering from M&Co again!!

Lovely top but comes up very short.
Delivery prompt and efficient, communication good. However, the top was very short. It could be made clearer in descriptions that this was the case. Pity because it is very pretty.

Bought a coat on line and it was too…
Bought a coat on line and it was too small so had to return and order another one which still didnt fit so had to return again. Charged me £8 to send each item back - would never order again from them

Disappointed
Been following a dress online & when it was offered at a great sale price ordered straight away. Delivery very prompt & item good quality but very sadly it didn't fit me properly so returned which was, again, a very straightforward process despite having to pay £5 postage (deducted from refund) which I think is a little excessive. My refund arrived relatively promptly but was less than I'd anticipated & on enquiring why (again very prompt customer service) learned that nor only is the return postage deducted from refund but also the delivery postage & something called 'approach restock fee' - very disappointed & will certainly not use this online service or recommend to my social group.

The delivery was fast and efficient
I liked the fact that the delivery was fast and efficient. What I didn't like was that although I chose the smallest size jumper, it was really huge on me. I hate this current trend for overlong sleeves too. They're even long on the tall models. So I resent having to pay to send it back.
