The products are decent but the company is a joke. Poor customer service and they simply don't care.

Absolutely disgusting customer service ! I emailed today about 2 bottles out of 6 which the numbers have faded off after 4 mths not a #+@t did the one who replied give just pure ignorance looking for receipts and I sent photos of thr bottles i didn't have reciepts kept. . I spent alotttt of money on Mam products from bottle to steriliser to soothers and the response asking wat steriliser I use ...and wat brush and all this absolute crap ! Disgusting the way she spoke to me on the email with such an attitude

I sent an email back in November asking for help and advice with one of their products. It’s now the middle of FEBRUARY! and despite several messages and emails chasing up for a response, I’ve still had nothing back. Disgusting customer service, don’t buy these products in case anything goes wrong with them because you won’t ever get a response

Contacted mam regarding my baby bottles that had melted in the microwave after doing everything it said on the instructions.They asked me to send photos and to reply to there questions, which I did immediately.Then nothing.I have written on Instagram, messenger, Facebook, telephoned and nothing.Today they wrote on fb that they had dm me and it was the just the same old fill the form in.Absolutely disgusting customer service and they don't care if there product is faulty.I have given a 1 star but rather have given no star but unfortunately was unable too. Avoid mam bottles at all costs due to them melting and just zero customer service

Decreased in quality significantly, and additionally I've sent two messages to support and never received any reply, really outrageous nowadays to see that bad customer service.

The customer services is appalling

They only care about making money and when you have an issue they push you back to the retailer

I have spent alot of money and to recieve no support from them is appalling.

I purchased an electric pump and was advised that I'd need to replace the filters every 12 weeks. I've been in touch with Mam twice and both times have had new filters sent out to me (with no charge) and with the next lot of filters I've been sent other replacement/spare parts for my pump too.
Their quick responses and actions have meant that I have one less thing to think about - really appreciative of this when I have a 5 month old in the house!

Was SHOCKED to see mold growing on unscrew-able parts. That cleaning “MUST” should be emphasized on packaging. YES, I DID wash the bottles after each use but didn’t realize the WHOLE bottle should be disassembled for PROPER cleaning.

I've sent two messages to support and never received any reply (except the automated one). It's been months now, absolutely useless!

No customer support at all. Number on the website does not work. Wont buy their product again.

I received a MAM bottle which is fine in itself, but one of the teats supplied with it doesn't have a hole. I contacted customer services multiple times over email and once via Instagram and haven't received a response. So I'm sure it's fine if your order goes right, but no support if it goes wrong.

I have been using Mam bottles, cups and soothers for my daughter. Their products are really good and are the only ones my daughter will use. I have reached out to MAM customer services on various occasions requesting advice and assistance. I have been assisted by Chantelle who has gone above and beyond to help me. She not only advised and reassured me, but also sent out products free of charge which is more than I ever expected. I would recommend any mum to try Mam products with confidence. Plus, they are there to help should you require any assistance. Thank you for supporting mum's like me.

Really good bottles and soothers. Easy to sterilise my baby loves them and theyre products are all super cute! <3

I ordered from Mam and my order was lost and so I called customer service to report the problem and they passed it along to the correct department and despite multiple emails to the right department they never contacted me. On day 12 of them being missing customer services contacted me to apologise for the behaviour of the other department, stated they were embarrassed that no one had been in contact and refunded me my order straight away but they also sent out some soothers for me free of charge. I received those within two days and they had sent so many soothers and dummy clips and toothbrushes all free of charge. Cannot fault them!

We wouldn’t use any other soother. These have been perfect for both of my breastfed children .

Have purchased baby items from Mam UK website and items do arrive very fast and on time without any damage.
Even the customer service lady, has been great and friendly, especially when I had a problem with their smoother product before purchasing from them when it was not brought from their website, the customer service lady was very polite, friendly and would help me in any way to solve the complaint. She even went out of her way to send me a few replacement items and she has been a star. Thank you very much Mam for having great customer service staff who are there to listen to their customers and would help them. Do recommend Mam, as their service is always great and their baby products are always high quality standards. Would not use any other baby products, except for Mam baby/toddler's products.

I have the mam steriliser, bottles and dummies - they are all great products. I lost the bottle warmer part to my steriliser but I couldn't find a replacement part online. When contacting MAM they kindly sent me the part I required free of charge. Great service is hard to come by at the moment, 100% recommend.

Fantastic bottles that are durable, long lasting and well accepted by our baby. We have used them for a year, sterilising them many times in the microwave. The teats remained soft yet robust. We have had no incidents of colic
