Ordered large "american fridge" with full service -
Delivery to the 6th floor and installation and pickup the old fridge. (Additional costs for the service were at least 28eur)
In reality fridge was delivered one day later than it should.
Not even within alternative window they said.

Instead of two delivery guys, only one showed up.
It was impossible for him to move (almost 100kg fridge) up and down on stairs, so I had to help him (with both fridges). Despite the fact I paid premium full service...
The new apartment door was damaged/scratched during the move.
Mall.sk doesn't want to pay liability for damage.
Of course they don't want to hear about liability for my 1 lost day.
They at least proposed that they will return money for delivery, since it was not what I ordered.

In reality they will give me 15 eur instead of (at least) 28e
It's not enough, not even for serviceman to look at the damaged door (not repair them).

They do not comply with the conditions.
Liars and scammers.
Such bad experience.... Never more!

1 month waiting for a product which was supposedly on the stock.. Track my order showed product is pack and ready to be collected by courier, 2 weeks later got an email that they are expecting the product to come to them in a week... What a crap AVOID !! Customer service is useless cant tell you anything apart from what you can see in tracking details which are obviously a big lie same as they stock declaration and delivery periods ..

First their website is not easily navigated at all. Second, it is not possible to have speed delivery for merged orders, third of a customer is not registered and they made an order before registration, they won’t be able to see this order in their profile. This gets more complicated as once you are logged in, it is impossible to use any links for tracking. Fourth, communication. I have written to them that my tracking details do not reflect my order details, but the company has never replied. Fifth, some links for tracking do not work and they tend to change the delivery address.
In general, I would not be ordering from this shop again and fully do not understand what is the whole hype about....

made an order which showed the have in store, after received an email that my item would be available in 2 weeks time after 2 weeks it was another 2 weeks and after nearly over a month they had no clue when it would be available , than they split my order into 2 so they can deliver half of it what they have and I can wait for the other half god knows how long , than when they have finally received the item they have sent it out but forgot to note that it was paid for so upon delivery I was asked to pay for it again which i didn't do of course so they have taken it back , when I contacted them they were unable to dispatch the items again , and so they have offered a refund , So in short after waiting for nearly 2 months , i have received a refund instead of the items what I was waiting for , Communication with the shop took forever, exchanged about 100 of emails all saying the same things , and not keeping track of previous conversation. definitely not ordering from them again. plenty of more reliable options out there often times way more affordable as well.
