They advertise goods, tell you after taking your money that they can’t fulfil order and then stop communicating with you. This is nothing more than a scam. Please do not buy from this company.

Pay for purchase and then zero update since 26/03, then ignore emails. Non existent customer service, avoid.

Great quality products at a very competitive price. Excellent service and very quick delivery. I would highly recommend

Two out of three products arrived defective, one leaking and another nearly empty and unusable. Contacting the company immediately,and later again. No response at all for 2 weeks.
Selling faulty products is bad enough, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable.
Do not trust this company!!!!!!

ordered product from Medik8 range which was a refill face cream. Reasonable price slightly longer than usual for delivery. When the product arrived, the foil seal was open and there was dried product inside the box which would suggest this had not happened during shipment. Inside of the box had black marks all around the inside suggesting to me that this product is faulty and not fit for purpose. Sent photos of product faults including interior of box and evidence of delivery on that day. Received an email response requesting product back and would only send out replacement once it had been received and the expectation was for me to pay the return postage and in return they would send me a £5 voucher for their site which does not offer good customer service.Replied stating I wanted a full refund in order to purchase the product elsewhere and was happy to return product and to be sent a returns label or other at cost to the company. No response to this email within 24 hours given that it is a complaint I would’ve expected at least an acknowledgement. since sent a legal letter to both email addresses for this company and have had no response whatsoever. I will wait the 14 day period for them to correct the error of their ways. Appalling service avoid at all costs

Horrendous experience.

Purchased Patrick’s product 4 weeks ago - 3 weeks of poor communication to get to a decision that basically they didn’t have the product.

No humble apology, just the generic.

Have now been waiting 10 days for a refund, so they’ve essentially had my money for a month.

Chasing. Chasing. Chasing.

No one responds to emails.

Now contacting my bank to follow up on this fraudulent like system.

Been waiting over a week for hair products that were due to be delivered on a Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery. They have not arrived.

Have tried emailing twice using the email address on the website and have had a bounce back both times saying email cannot be delivered!!! Think twice before ordering!!

I have had some very positive experiences of Maleskin in the past. One of its team, Lucy, was incredibly helpful to me a few years ago, helping with product selection and arranging bulk discounts.

However, I placed an order for £100 on 5 March and, twelve days later, have still not received it. I have sent chaser emails but have heard nothing back from them.

I can see from other reviews left that this is now common practice for the company. A real shame as it was once fantastic.

It's a repeat purchase of Facial Scrub by Baxter of California, great product, delivery a little bit longer than usual, but arrived before I ran out 😂

I've never used Maleskin before and as there was a long delay in receiving the product and I heard nothing back I had to email them but I did receive a prompt reply.

On the plus side they had an item I couldn't source anywhere else although going by other reviews I am unsure if they actually hold stock or they are like some Ebay and Amazon business sellers who are dropshippers and wait for an order before they source the item from their suppliers as the product did take a long time to arrive.

For me a reputable online company or business must stock the items its selling otherwise buyers have no confidence whatsoever in purchasing products from them so I'll reserve judgement as although my item eventually arrived it did take a while considering I'm not that far from them although going by other reviews and the long delays suffered and orders not received I would think twice before placing another order with them in the future.

I use the Davines range and found Maleskin to be very competitive with their prices. I found the whole process from ordering to receiving the products first class.

Ordered some soaps, all delivered as described with no problems.

I like this company and have bought from them many times. Their communication is good and they are very competitive in their pricing.

Products I Order Was Out Of Stock But Was Kept Informed&Updated & Got Sent Confirmation&Prompt Delivery Once Back In Stock&The Same Products Were 70 pounds Cheaper Here Than From The Official Site

I am surprised by quite a few negative reviews I have ordered from them quite a few times and have had no,problems and also very competitive

order a product with £3.50 shipping charge for £51.95 on the 3 March 2026, still waiting on the 09 March and no product!!!!

I made the schoolboy error of buying hair styling products at a price that seemed TGTBT. Needless to say items never arrived. When chased I was given the flimsy excuse that they didn't know how much stock they held and would despatch as soon as a new shipment arrived from the supplier. Really! Still chasing a refund as the company are no longer responding to my emails. My advice is learn from my experience and shop elsewhere.

Have been chasing an order that hasn't arrived for a month. Sent countless emails to request a refund, all have been ignored. No contact number provided.

Order not received 1 week after placing it and zero communication from company (I paid for 2 day delivery). Contacted them and was told they were waiting for a delivery of the products. I then asked them for further information over the following week via three emails, all of which were completely ignored. Prices may be good when discount offers are on but customer service is none existent!!

Poor service, did deliver the items I ordered after repeated chasing by email and requesting a refund. The responses from the sales contact were quick, and always said that the stock was due in a couple of days, blaming their supplier. I have read other reviews and it’s difficult to understand what they are trying to accomplish. If it’s a scam, why deliver the items? If it’s a business, no customer would order a second time after this experience.
