What can i say. The product is fine. But the fittings on the back look like a child have put them on. For the money i expect quality even fittings to hang these. The person who place these fittings simply does not care and the fact they sell them like this is disgusting. It was near impossible to hang them straight; as all different heights and angles. Had to fit my own d rings to hang them after destroying our wall. I would expect this from a cheap product. Will never shop here again. I wish i could upload photos

Beautiful item. My friends all comment on how different it is when they come in to my home. It is something I will use for many Christmas’s to come.

Overall good service. Had to rearrange delivery but was easy to do any the delivery drivers were helpful when they came. Love the new table. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought a cabinet from this company that arrived broken have called and emailed them about a refund and heard nothing back - terrible customer service

Two items ordered for grand daughters Christmas present. Long wait for delivery... One item received damaged (packaging box was undamaged) the other, a puzzle cube, unusable as one side of the cube just falls away when picked up or turned and one puzzle piece didn’t even fit the cut out. Replacement items will arrive well after Christmas. Poor stock checks pre packing/despatch and equally poor, unapologetic customer service. Would I use Maisons Du Monde again? Absolutely not.

Order took months to arrive with no communication from Maisons du monde. It was only after I had called customer services and spoke to a lady, who was actually very nice and helpful, that I was told there had been a delay and that my delivery had moved, she stated I should have received and email alerting me to the delay roughly a week earlier, I had not. She apologised and informed me of the new dispatch date and advised that a voucher would be sent out for the inconvenience (said voucher never materialised). The Panther group that delivered my chairs were initially great and easy to book, the actual delivery drivers however, not so much. I received several text updates on the day, all with conflicting information about time frames and delays. I called the driver several times only to be told conflicting Infomation again. At one point he called after I had already had to leave for an appointment scheduled after my original delivery slot which I had already explained several times and was told to call my neighbour to come out to collect it from them. Not impressed and definitely won't be ordering again.

Beautiful product, looks far more expensive than it was.

Shocking ! - special gift - first order came smashed to pieces and told need to wait for a new one which would be within 14 days and cant be done quicker. I then get email confirming within 14 days and that as good will i can keep the smashed up goods at no cost! (nice of them)
Guess what - 16 days and no goods, on phone and been hung up on and when i asked to speak to manager this was not done. Never ever ever again.

Knew you would reply to this quicker than my email - 1005791163 - you emailled me with £10 gift voucher and to re-order

Well-designed and well-made products at a reasonable price. I ordered two bedside tables from Maison du Mond, and they were delivered promptly and to my surprise, they were fully assembled. No flat pack!!

Unit was returned. Wood finish was poor, and it didn't look like it did in the photos. Returns was straightforward, no problems.

What a difficult company to deal with. I have had three (expensive) vanity units arrive and be installed (two on this order number). On installation, after a few days of use, the shelf and runner sheared off one. The other has had paint flake away, revealing screw heads that they have tried to cover up! These items were expensive. Customer Services are impossible, you never get the same person and go around in circles. I have asked for the items to be discounted, as they are plumbed in, and there is a substantial cost to me to have them removed and re-installed. They don’t seem to understand that the items became defective AFTER delivery and installation?! They just keep telling me ‘There is nothing we can do after 30 days.’ But the problems weren’t apparent until installation. They offered to take one of the units back, but there is no stock to replace it, so my daughter would be left without a sink and I would be left out of pocket, paying plumbers to fix the issues.
I have spent over £5000 with this company this year, and would have spent more, but that will NOT happen unless this utter farce is sorted out.

We ordered an item in September. It never arrived. Despite repeated calls to the customer services we were just told it was going to arrive shortly and would be delivered soon. We have been given multiple dates after which we call back and are told another date. Three months later we eventually gave up any hope that we would receive it and asked for a refund. They have told me that they are unable to cancel my order and refund my money as it remains "in preparation".

It took over a month to receive the good. One item arrived broken and I had another item sent with different colour from order. they refunded me the candle but organised a company to collect the incorrect item and expected me to spend from 9am til 5pm at home waiting for a collection of an item they sent incorrectly??? Honestly? Horrible service. Avoid it.
