Qualita' dei prodotti assolutamente scadente, non comprate nulla da questa catena. I prezzi sono assurdamente alti, per giunta!

Excellent very good

The customer service is beyond useless. I don’t care if the company has left the uk; there should still be a duty of care to customers who have purchased from them. I bought a £500 coat stand and I had a hook break off under the weight of a light Gillet. For a start this should not have happened but I was quite prepared to pay for a replacement to make my coat stand good again. I have phone 4 times since start of January and no one has been helpful at all. It appears that the people of maison du monde have no access to a delivery system to be able to pop a hook in an envelope and send to uk- so there is no method of postal service in the France to send to uk???? Some thinking outside the box is needed here. It is disgraceful that I cannot pay for new hook and postage and somebody there get off theirbackside and pop to whatever France’s version of the post office is and get it sent! This would’ve been a 5* had that been the case. To make matters worse on all 3 previous calls I was told my complaint had been escalated and someone would contact me which was clearly never going to happen. One extremely disappointed customer. If I could give 0* I would have.

He hecho una compra y me la han cobrado dos veces

Nou slaapbank besteld .heel mooi en snel geleverd.ik had ook een schilderij besteld. Na het uitpakken van het pakket niks gezien .de slaap bank valt zwaar tegen het is mooi van design maar ligt niet lekker en comfortabel is echt hard .ik kom het retourneren .en wil mijn geld terug

Pesimo te venden productos y luego te llaman para decirte que no quedan. Venden más productos de los que tienen. Ahora no tengo ni el producto ni el dinero de la compra aun sigo esperando.

Ya no sé ni las llamadas que he hecho a atención al cliente.
El servicio es pésimo.
Información por teléfono falsa.
Mil disculpas pero nada de solución.
Tres pedidos cancelados por ellos y ningún reembolso recibido.
El lunes si no tengo mis reembolsos, pongo denuncia.
Ya no contemplo más

Not only did it take months to receive our furniture. We later discovered wood worm in the (not cheap) bookcase. We've had to pay hundreds of pounds to fumigate it not to mention the enormous stress that came with this discovery. Please don't buy from this company, this is not an isolated case, their furniture is unsafe and their customer services awful.

I love Maisons du Monde! Beautiful products, unusual and gorgeous ranges, and all high quality and very good value. It's such a pity they've left the UK - another Brexit casualty, I suppose - what a nightmare that is. I'd love to write a TrustPilot review of Brexit!

We bought a set of chairs, with presents a good quality and were easy to assembly. The delivery was also according our expectations.

Shame there isn't a minus option on here, not only delivered the wrong item but also then took 6 weeks to return my money! Just awfully bad service such a shame as the products are really lovely

The items I received were not only significantly different from what was displayed on your website but also of subpar quality. The lack of attention to detail and the careless packaging resulted in damaged goods upon arrival.

Furthermore, the customer service response has been dishearteningly slow and unhelpful. My attempts to seek assistance and clarification have been met with frustration and disappointment. As a loyal customer, this experience has greatly tarnished my perception of your brand.

I ordered an ornate giraffe for my dad which came broken in the box. I tried 4 times to speak to someone to get a replacement but every time we were Hald way through the conversation it got cut off! I mailed and had no response so gave up. My dad fixed the leg but then the other one broke, poor quality. Nightmare company & terrible customer service

Ordered two pieces of furniture, one was fine, the desk Selena was broken. I had to hire a handyman to fix it and screw the leg back on, because I have dealt with customer service before and I was not prepared to go through weeks of waiting and back and forth o emails to get it picked up and sent again. I would appreciate if customer service got in touch with me for some compensation.

1,5 maand geleden een retour gemeld en gewoon geen reactie meer. Er wordt gezegd dat er contact met je word opgenomen maar dit gebeurd vervolgens gewoon niet. Al een aantal keer gemaild - geen reactie. Als je belt sta je een kwartier in de wacht maar word er nooit opgenomen. Gewoon geen mogelijkheid om mijn kastje van 129€ terug te sturen terwijl ik ontzettend krap zit! Belachelijk!

We had an excellent experience when I bought a very large square mirror for on my stairs! Very well made, extremely heavy hard to put up but not a fault. Absolutely love this item and I was very happy with the price! This website has some wonderful home items, definitely recommend a visit.

Scam!!! Avoid at all cost.
