I’ve just had 2 sports massage sessions…

I’ve just had 2 sports massage sessions with Zoe, either side of a 26 mile charity walk to get me ready and help me loosen me up!
Zoe has such a breadth of experience and is genuinely one of the kindest and naturally caring people I have ever met.
Absolutely recommend.

I contacted Zoe for home visits after a…

I contacted Zoe for home visits after a long hospital stay, I was unable to walk properly, now I am able to walk with confidence and most of my pains have gone. We complete exercises and massage therapy. I cannot thank her enough

Recommended for sports massa

I had a sports massage on my back after having some trouble with it the week before. Zoe was careful not to make it worse and I definitely felt better afterwards. I would recommend this service!

Great

I’m incredibly grateful for the help and advice I received from Zoe for my piriformis pain. Her clear guidance, including targeted stretches and techniques, significantly reduced my discomfort. Zoe’s kindness, expertise, and personalised approach truly set her apart. I can’t recommend her enough!
