My son's Arena Primo skins split the evening before a meet. I called Mailsports first thing the next morning (8am Saturday) even though the shop was closed the owner answered, offered to get a pair from the warehouse and then met me at a pool just half an hour away to give them to me! Absolutely amazing service, saved the day and such a lovely gentleman — went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend!

The experience I had today at Mailsports was absolutely appalling. I assume he is the owner because if a staff member talked to a customer the way he did they would be fired. Two days ago I went after school with my daughter to find a race suit. It was very close to closing so didn’t want to spend too much time and keep them. My daughter has been swimming competitively for years and we have gotten many swimsuits and equipment from there over the years. The man that helped us was rather condescending and mansplaining, but I let it go. He brought out the largest junior size for her to try on, which I thought was way too small. It was cutting into her shoulders and barely covered her bum, but he insisted it was fine. It was not a colour that my daughter liked so I asked if they had other colours and he said no, that was all they had. I could see that my daughter was disappointed. I asked if we could just try the next size up which was a 22 in women’s. He said no, we only have 24. He insisted that Arena were back logged on manufacturing and there is such demand that he didn’t know when they would get others in. Or course I was thinking, yikes! I better get something or we won’t have a new suit for her next competition. So even though she hated the colour and I was unsure of the fit I bought it. That night I found the colour she liked in the 28 and 22 online and ordered them. I looked at Mailsports return policy and it said 14 days, so I thought okay, I will get what she wants and return the suit. Today we went back and the man behind the desk that helped us a few days prior was unspeakably rude. He said that the 14 day return policy is just for online! What, who does that. I checked later and it says nothing about it being different in shop. First he said we can only give you a credit, which I would have been okay with, but he was so nasty that I decided this is not a place I want to come back to. He was reprimanding me, raising his voice, said some really awful things and said he was going to ban us from coming back and insisted to know which club she swims for. It was a real embarrassment, especially in front of my daughter. He denied saying anything about the limited availability and he said you could have asked to try on a 22 adult, which we had. He obviously said they didn’t have one before because I am sure he wanted to insist on the junior size, because ‘he knows best’. Will avoid, a shame really as I would prefer to support local businesses.

Late on last Saturday, I've ordered swimwear for my daughter and the only thing I can outline there wasn't an order confirmation coming straight away to my email, probably that was due to the late hour on that day. However, I've received the Order confirmation first thing on Monday and today, the delivery arrived without having any issues. The product, that I've ordered, arrived as described and the size fitted first time. What I can outline, good value for money, correctly presented swimwear products and quick, and free delivery. Keep up the good work! Thanks, Mailsports!

Was trying to get a refund for an item that didn't reach me. At first no reaction from mailsports. Only after opening a case with PayPal they responded. But so far no refund as they claim their payment provider is holding back. So poor service and hiding behind strange setup they have chosen. No refund so far in a total obvious situation (item is back with them).

I brought all the wrong sizes. Sent back on Friday lunchtime and received refund by the next day and my new parcel by the Monday. Never had anything so quick

I have tried to contact them about a refund (they didn't find the item in the warehouse) and no answer. I sent them two emails. Six days no refund and no answer. Very bad experience.

Mailsports swim specialist: решила написать отзыв о данной компании, так как сама не нашла у российских заказчиков информации.Ставлю оценку 4 (хотя можно было бы и 5,но!,,,) Заказала 21 июня сыну(профессиональному пловцу) в данном магазине Funky Tranks(плавки) так как в России такого выбора нет,а Австралия сейчас в Россию не может доставлять товары без посредников.Данный магазин уже более 20 лет существует, доверие по английским покупателям было. Доставка в Россию платная,но порядка 850р-это я считаю нормально(заказывали обычную,не курьерскую).Товары отправили уже на следующий день почтой Royal Mail+Почта России. Получили на почте 30 июня.Даже удивились от такой скорости доставки! Единственный минус: Mailsports не выслали на электронную почту трэк номер для отслеживания посылки. Писала им -ноль ответа! Случайно обнаружив данную компанию на Фэйсбук ,написала туда в сообщении номер заказа и попросила трэк. И,о чудо,выслали!!!и как оказалось,посылка уже была в нашем городе.То есть с Великобритании до России (в Екатеринбург) от момента заказа и до получения в руки прошло ровно 9 дней.Заказ в целости-сохранности,все отлично подошло (размеры на сайте указаны верные). Имейте в виду,что цены указаны в анг. фунтах,не все товары дешевы,но можно ловить скидки.Вобщем,не считая "прокола" с трэк номером все остальное на "5"

Just have to also say Mail Sports has no customer services skills, they were rude and unhelpful last week, but got a similar experience when i decided to call them on the phone so just went and bought this time else where.

Excellent Customer Care and Service:
* Lovely people and friendly helpful shopping experience.
* Must say the things they sell are seriously good and the prices very fair.
* Have had some very good shopping experiences with this company.
I have been using several other internet and specialist swim shop suppliers for many years (hadn't sadly discovered Mailsports before recently), and with reasonable results, sadly sometimes with a more than a bit of a delay or challenge - but having now used Mailsports for all my latest 'swim-gear' needs this summer, I am genuinely surprised and taken aback by their exceptional and diligent professionalism and support... they truly are second to none (and I can qualify that having been swimming since my early years and now in my fifties - I have had many 'varied' shopping / swim supply sourcing experiences).
I have found that this company is firstly genuinely interested in me as a customer, my needs and purchase decisions and product questions.
Secondly they have the expertise and experience resources to give valid, honest and worthwhile answers and information.
Their internet purchase, delivery (and if needed returns) service is accurate, fast, commendably easy, honourable and completely reliable.
Thirdly - I visited their shop - wow! A real treasure trove and the hospitality fabulous - so friendly and interested (in both their service delivery and also me as one of 'their' customers).
The range of products is phenomenal and I couldn't want for more... and their prices are of the lowest I can find - a real standard setter that has no equivalent.
Lastly - I also bought a swimming MP3 player which I was having some issues with downloading iTunes onto (solely due to my being a technophobe), and they gave me all the help I needed to get me up-and-running and had the patience of a saint with me - especially Matt - Thank you :-)). The Finis Duo is now working brilliantly and is one of the best purchases ever - way better than my current Sony.
So very grateful for all their help with this and everything else.... what a store, what a find, you honestly could not wish for any better!

I bought a large 1.17kg tub of lucozade sport powder in February 2013 which turned up with a use by date of March 2013. I contacted the company by phone and was told to e-mail. Both responses were very unsatisfactory telling me it was fine to consume the product well past it's sell by date. No offer of refund if returned or apology for such a short life.
I won't be buying from them again.

I've bought something from mailsports several times and there has never been anything. I can only recommend to everyone else!
