All in all the magazine provides information for all, the magazine subscription once it starts is regular, the only thing I would say that marks the subscription down, is it seems there are less free seeds that when bought over the counter

Don't purchase the gift card as most of their magazines are Direct Debit only and you can't use the gift card for this. We're stuck with £60 worth of gift cards that the kids got for christmas because you can't purchase The Beano or The Phoenix with them. I've emailed customer services because 'Give the gift of choice' is really misleading.

I love the honesty of your articles and though many written with tongue in cheek, they emphasise the decline in intellectual standards. Perhaps Mr Murdoch and his family get their kicks
from the froth floating on the surface of said journalism, but spare the rest of us the descent into to sewers.

Took months to deliver the magazine with gift subscription and they renewed in advance without telling me for another six months taking the money from my bank account without notice or message. Would not let me cancel or get a refund telling me to contact the magazine direct without giving me contact details even though the subscription was taken out with them - they shirked responsibility and did not reply to my emails. They take your money and then fail to give customer service or to give decent advance warning of them taking your money. Avoid.

The magazine arrived as promised. Great magazine it is the best I have found that covers everything including history gardening cooking and so much more

I've heard that your Magazine is very informative for elderly people so thought I would try it for myself.

I don't know if this would be a popular idea!
I think should have a extra crossword which has to be answered and the whole page to be sent in. This can provide an extra challenge for puzzlers.

Zero Communication - Avoid!!!

I ordered for my wife’s Christmas present in December 2025. Order Ref: 20062213. Still not delivered and no communication!!!

I have tried your tracker and it says ‘order not found’!

Both my wife and I have emailed enquiries at magazine.co.uk and still nothing.

Very disappointed.

Cheaper than the original Lelsey Publishing,by 16 gbp.
Lets hope their delivery is better than The Railway Magazine subscription,i had last year.
