The necklace is absolutely beautiful! The only thing that I’m not crazy about it that the gold is not solid it is 18k vermeil plated on .925 silver. This may be fine for some and it does sparkle like solid gold. However, it just doesn’t stay shiny on my skin, it tends to tarnish. I will definitely order from Magal again.

I bought the family circle necklace for my daughter who is expecting her first child. On the web site, the engraved names are fully visible and readable.
What I received was such a disappointment. I had to put on glasses and use a magnifying glass just to see the names. If they don’t take it back, I doubt I’ll give it to her. It’s an embarrassment.

The product itself is absolutely perfect! Delivery only took a few days. Definitely worth the hype I read about! 10/10 would order from them again.

Got my order today and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for! Got the 6.5 inch bracelet and wish it had one more hole to put the clasp on, as right in the between the two holes provided would be a perfect fit for my wrist. But overall very dainty pretty custom piece just in time for Mother’s Day.

Super easy process and great value for the price! Cannot wait to give this piece to my wife, she is going to love it!

I bought a rose gold watch band on January 15th, 2025. The plating came off completely. I do not wear this jewelry in any water or liquid. Despite having a "90 day try at home" and "2 year warranty", the company states that these policies did not start until January 17th, 2025, so my purchase did not qualify (I also received this jewelry after the 17th). Nowhere on their website does it say that these policies do not apply to all purchases or that these warranties started after a certain date. Customer service is terrible and refuses to reimburse me for this poor quality jewelry.

This is the second time I've purchased from Magal. I love how quick they are with shipping but also how well they communicate shipping updates. The first product I purchased was a bracelet (half gold, half string with a diamond) bought over a year ago - I have never taken it off (not for showers, the pool, workouts, sleeping) and it still looks brand new! LOVE these products!

Ordered February 23rd. Received an email the 27th saying it was ready to ship. Tracking number was created February 28th and I still haven't received it. It hasn't shipped at all and it's March 17th. I've sent several emails and I get the same "logistics" response. I even screenshot the tracking info from their website and USPS website showing its still in Fairfield NJ as a pre-shipment, meaning they created the label but USPS never received it. So at this moment nearly a month later Im out $168. The number listed on trustpilot is to a psychic place FYI.

I purchased a necklace that was to be delivered to my home in MN; however, per their customer service representative, and a screenshot provided by them, the item was delivered to CA.
They will not refund my money, stating because I did not purchase the extra fee to be sure I receive the item; therefore they will do nothing. So I am out $213.

A representative replied stating the necklace was delivered to the correct address, however; they will not confirm what address they think is the correct.
According to their customer service representative they are still sending me a delivery receipt from California. Again, I live in Minnesota.
What they are posting on this platform is very different than what the are confirming in an email. They had no problem taking my money, but will not help locate the item, they are claiming they sent to my house.
Sounds pretty fishy to me.

My bracelets are beautiful! I had one birthstone bar and one chain of love made for myself and one birthstone bar made as a gift for my sister and they all turned out perfect!
