Made of Wood Ltd Recenzje

The floor looks amazing and good quality, feels like great value for money, the customer service was very helpful and the delivery was really easy. All in all, great place to get our flooring from. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Please avoid this company. I ordered around £1,500 of engineered wood flooring from this company last October. I placed an order for tongue-and-groove wood that was to be glued together, however they phoned and instead offered a product not listed on their website - an engineered click oak. I accepted this as I was new to flooring and thought this would be fine.
The problems started almost immediately with this company. They sent out the delivery which continuously arrived damaged - it took three deliveries to get the full order intact. I measured the millimetres of veneer on the wood, which was inconsistent and less than the advertised amount. Again, I just decided that it would be okay as I wanted to move on with the project.
We read the installation instructions and followed them to a tee - we had the floors professionally levelled, subfloors installed, etc. The first floorer said the product was some of the worst he’d seen - bad quality, cheap stuff. Again, not listed on their website. The second floorer fitted it but again said it was bad quality. Less than one year later, the entire floor has failed and is being replaced. Thousands of pounds down.
I tried engaging with the company with photos of the millimetres not being as advertised and the floor failing, but they just passive-aggressively sent me the installation instructions as if I hadn’t read them and also had the floor professionally installed. This is a disgusting scam company that has ripped me off, sold me an inferior product to the one I thought I was getting, and has been evasive and rude at every turn. Please avoid.

Made Of Wood have excellent products. I’ve purchased solid oak parquet flooring from Made Of Wood twice now and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the product and the customer service.
The team have always been available for advice and support whenever I’ve needed it.
Highly recommend them.

High quality products, excellent customer service.I ordered some samples first, then the full order which arrived carefully and professionally packaged.

Lovely selection of wood and very good quality. There was a glitch with the order but this was sorted out immediately, customer care excellent.
Very pleased and would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Excellent service, easy to order, brilliant turnaround and great customer service.
What's not to like.

Great experience - free sample sent very quickly followed by very quick delivery of subsequent order. Highly recommend.

Made of Wood is my first port of call when sourcing engineered flooring for renovation projects because I can be assured of Prime grade products at very reasonable prices and fantastic customer service! So happy with my recent purchase, 26cm wide Oak planks which have completely upgraded the apartment! Stunning.

Easy to use website, easy to order and quick delivery

The wood was delivered very quickly and was exactly as it was described. Thanks

Great fast service, thanks

Made Of Wood had the perfect solution to what I needed to fill in some shrinkage gaps on an oak table made by my late farther. Even though the original purpose of their oak strips wasn't what I used them for they "filled the gap" perfectly. Delivery was quick and the strips were very securely packed, and also at a far lower cost than some of the competition. The wooden tower toy is a gift an again is perfect.
I'll certainly be using "MoW" again when I need something they stock.
Thank you Kevin, I've squirreled away your website for future reference.

Reasonable price on hard-to-find wenge strips. Prompt delivery and securely packaged. Couldn’t ask for more!

Perfect for what I needed good price and fast delivery

Thanks Martin

Ordered an oak angle and oak bullnose for a job. Can be quite difficult to source so found these online. Quality was excellent and delivery fast and well packaged. Did seem quite expensive but to be fair this just seems the norm from all oak suppliers currently. Happy to use again

Speedy delivery, great customer service. What more would one want?

Excellent, friendly service. I received an Oak scotia sample very quickly. Placed an order which was delivered promptly too. I chose the laquered beading which looks great next to the floor. Thank you!

Excellent product and service
Thank you
