Following a recent service of our (American) caravan by M5 Leisure one facet of its service requirements failed. After returning it to them this was quickly rectified by their excellent service technician Stuart, the whole thing arranged efficiently by Victoria. Avoid Avoid Avoid. We purchased a used motorhome from them and had issues from the start. When decided to get them to sell it on as a broker they ripped us off. They disconnected the tracking device on the day of sale and refused to give us the owners details stating GDPR even though there was no written contract between us as they failed to provide that as well. They obviously sold it for more than they told us. They even tried adding 800 pounds claiming extra issues outside of the warranty on the day of sale which was on top of the 5k broker fee. They later removed the 800 i now have to file a small claims court filing for the difference. Do not trust them and run a mile.
