We had an extremely simple and seamless experience thanks to our solicitor Aneesa Asghar from Leeds Lyons Davidson solicitor.

After a slow start with other handlers, Ms Priya Patel from the Leeds office did an excellent job on resolving our insurance claim. She has worked very hard on this and I am very grateful

Pity I had to leave a 1 star rating, otherwise it would of been nil.

This solicitor was forced on upon me as it is one my car insurance obviously use. Can’t believe the poor poor level of service. They use an online portal which is next to useless, this does not allow for full explanation of situations.

They have never advised, helped, pointed me in the right direction through my RTA. I thought solicitors had a duty of care. Not no care sort it yourself attitude.
If I could of scoured another solicitor I would of.
Two years on and still ongoing misery.
Be warned!!!!!!!

These are the solicitors used by my home legal expenses insurance - each time they have advised on the merits of my cases they have been wrong. Having used a different solicitor I have won my cases. A really lacklustre legal service. I will be changing my home insurance to one that uses competent solicitors. If I had taken the legal advice from Lyons Davidson I would have lost a 5 figure settlement!

Was surprised to be contacted by Lyons Davidson as I’d heard nothing from my insurers - in fact Lyons Davidson got my excess back before the letter from my insurers even arrived.

Firstly I vert rarely give a negative writen review but feel I have to something !
Regrettably I am also experiencing inefficiency with this firm.
Long delays in communication, lack of clear meaningful communication, on my initial case, having lost months after liability had been accepted on a personal injury claim, due to untimely follow ups.
I've been left financially compromised for over a year !
Now I unfortunately (and extremely unluckily) have a 2nd personal injury case where my communication on the customer portal is remaining unread, yet I'm receiving texts and emails requesting action that I've addressed on the customer portal, which is the only way of communication ! I'm being asked to sign a Statement of Truth when I've explained it isn't true so I can't sign it ! How basic a point of service is that as an instruction or entry point for a reputable legal establishment !
I'm concerned and feel this company is faceless and hiding behind procedures.
Lulled into a false sense of security by the plausible initial phone call, to there then being almost no one to follow through with the expected level of customer service.
It's very disappointing, and furthermore reflects for me on this firm being recommended by my insurers LV !

It seems the good reviews have a Name, the negative reviews refer to the customer portal.

Who gets a "person",I have no person centered experience with this company. Is it the luck of the draw ? Size of the case ?
I completed concur with the last but one post about being promised so much then terrible delays and inefficiency.

Very poor service. The initial contact following a no-fault accident was fair and they did swiftly arrange for a private physio company to provide a video service (the accident was January 2021 so no face to face contact).

Thereafter the service just got progressively worse with changes of staff and lengthy delays at every stage. Factual information and evidence was not reviewed by new account managers and their approach is to estimate a low value of compensation and then insist that you accept this before approaching the insurers.

It's only fair that I mention they did make a compensation payment for poor service but only following my complaint (with supporting evidence) and then an appeal against their initial response to the complaint.

Sadly, my experience has been that you have to persist to get their attention and also need to check the accuracy of their work.

a very disappointing experience - not once was contact made with me to inform me of progress - I asked for a letter to inform me of the decision and of course this was not forthcoming
