This was the first time I'd ordered from Luxury Nook. I was delighted with their telephone customer service, my computer had crashed, and the prompt delivery of my sink unit and basin. The plumber commented on the very good quality of the product and I could only agree. Thanks LN I will definitely shop with you again.

Not bad for price !!!!
There where a few problems i.e. plug wouldnt stop leaking so had to purchase another one on sink and bath panel at back of bath to short so have made our own up. Good job my husband could make bad into good.

BE CAREFUL
Checked out all supliers of shower screens on the web for the one I wanted to buy.
I could have bought one cheaper from someone else but wanted the extra foot on the shower screen to lift it off the floor, as the picture and specification showed from luxury nook.
but when delivered the foot was missing eventhough the fitting instructions showed it.
when i spoke to steven at luxury nook he told me they dont do it anymore and the picture was only for illustration purposes only,
didn't get any help from him i suppose i can think myself lucky as i could have not got the glass or the wall bracket because they were in the picture as well.
so my advice is to phone up before you place an order ( they dont want to know after they have your money )

As explained the current specification doesnt come with the floor fixing as it was deemed surplus to requirements for the installation of the screen
As discussed we are now going through all the images and descriptions to make sure customers are aware of this before ordering
We also offered you the opportunity for us to collect the goods for a refund if so required. This option is still available to you

excellent quality without being overpriced
ordered my ensuite shower tray and door on a monday evening. on line it informed me that it would be 3-5 days for delivery to Ireland. Received on 5th day. Very good quality. Am very pleased with products and would definately buy from luxury nook again.

Impossible to say as the goods have yet to be delivered.
The site appears to be good and the products good value for money. However my order went into "processing" mode and I have no idea what this means. I have waited over a week and it is still in "processing" mode. I am beginning to wonder whether they will deliver to me.
It would be good to know what the modes are as I am completely in the dark as to whether "processing" should mean it will be selected in a few days and then I will be contacted about delivery or whether the goods are out of stock or whether it is a completely meaningless word.
What I want to know is when and if my goods will be delivered.

Absolute class, a luxurious experience!
Superb products that live up to their billing. A very easy company to deal with, great communication and after sales service. We got a real touch of luxury for our bathroom at a price that didn't cause heart surgery. Would certainly and have recommended them to our family and friends, a 5 star experience; thanks guys!

Terrible
Small order which never turned up. Had to contact the company on a regular basis and was guaranteed the product would arrive.
Called and cancelled after almost a month of nothing and still waiting for a refund.
