The duvet cover itself is really nice quality and looks great! Customer service was responsive and willing to work with me when I had an issue with my order. I appreciated their flexibility and communication. Overall a positive experience.

The sheets that I purchased are disgustingly rough and feel like burlap. I emailed the company when I took them out of the package and wanted to process a return. They were extremely rude, telling me that "everyone" knows that you have to wash Egyptian cotton sheets numerous time to achieve softness. Well, I did just that, and if anything they feel more disgusting. I contacted them again via email, and they suggested washing in one cup of baking soda and a half cup of vinegar. I asked if I was still dissatisfied, would I be able to return them. CRICKETS!!! I haven't heard one word back from them. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, and I don't think they allow returns for any reason. Do not buy anything from these people.

I recieved a comforter from my daughter as a Christmas gift. I found it was damaged when I opened it.

I purchased two bed sheet sets that arrived in damaged packaging and did not appear to match the product description.
When I attempted to return the items, I experienced repeated delays and inconsistent information. After initiating a dispute with my credit card company, I was eventually issued a return label and returned all items. The company later claimed that one set was not returned, which is incorrect. I have proof of shipment and correspondence supporting the full return.
I also attempted to leave a review but found that customer feedback appears to be company controlled, limiting the ability to post a balanced or critical review.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I ordered the wrong color sheets and they respectfully responded to my request and made sure to send me the color I meant to order. Very respectful and great quality sheets

I am so happy to have found LEL. They did not pop up right away in my Google research on sheets and comforters and I feel lucky to have spotted them when they did. Their products are great and affordable. I am so happy and comfortable in my bed! Plus customer service is

I received great customer service. I had an issue with the wrong sheets being sent to me. I threw them into the washer before I realized they weren't the ones I ordered. I offered 50% of the cost of the set I wanted, being that I couldn't return the first set, and they shipped them out right away. Most appreciated.

I placed an order for luxury linens on December 2nd, expecting fast delivery and reliable customer service. Instead, I have received no product, no meaningful updates, and absolutely no customer support to resolve the issue.
The most frustrating part: I attempted to resolve this directly, but I received no clear status, no timeline, and no accountability from the company. I have also tried to involve my credit card company, and the dispute process has been equally exhausting.
This was a simple order. It should not take this much effort to get a product delivered — or even to get a straight answer. At this point, the entire situation feels avoidable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.
I am posting this review so other customers are aware of the lack of transparency and responsiveness. I am still hoping this company will resolve the matter, and I will update this review if they do. Until then, I cannot recommend them.

I had ordered something bu accident and the customer service representative was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. Mark, the service representative went out of his way to work with me. I will order from this company in the future and tell all mu friends that they should go to this company for their needs.
