I had ordered a favourite brand through LuxeBC (two products) as they were not available through the actual company and received them in good time. One product was great and one wasn't, however as the products are sourced through LuxeBC from the original company, this was an unforeseen circumstance and these things happen. I was completely impressed however with the excellent level of communication by LuxeBC in regards to this matter, as well as to how promptly they dealt with this. I was given a full refund for the unusable product (and very happy with the usable one!!!) as well as how they went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied! One main factor is communication in transactions and I was very, very impressed.Thank you very much and I will definitely be using them again, as well as highly recommending them for a seamless and easy transaction, as well as being readily available to contact whenever necessary.

Very good price compared to other sellers online. The post got delayed and upon contacting them luxebc offered to pursue a claim with Royal Mail. The parcel was eventually received. Recommended.

After ordering an item that didn't turn up when expected, I half heartedly emailed the company asking for assistance and was actually completely amazed at the fantastic customer service.

I received a prompt email back from a person, not a generic department, who apologised, took my details, and arranged a refund straight away.

Despite not receiving the product I'd ordered, I'm actually really impressed with how it has been handled and as such I think there is great customer relations and satisfaction.

Slow delivery time .

The delivery was very prompt and I found the cream was amazing at controlling mt flair ups of mild acne. It has great coverage also . Will definitely be buying more !
