Very happy with this prouct!!! High quality.

You can find all brands and all sort of natural products. Most importantly, products are affordable. I live in Spain and the same products are sold here twice as expensive. Delivery times are correct and I've never had any problems with my orders.

Great prices and very fast delivery - effortless!

After 3 weeks, my order had not arrived. I contacted the company and they sorted it immediately sending me a partial order with overnight delivery and the balance of the order arrived a few days after that. Their communication was also excellent as they kept me up to date with what they were doing to sort the problem.
The products (Bio-bags) are also the best I have found.

Prompt delivery & long date on food items both times I have placed an order. I wouldn't hesitate to use LuxeBC again.

I have used this Company a couple of times and both times the service & product have been excellent. More importantly - my second order went missing and the response from LuxeBC was first class - the replacement was sent out - without question - via Royal Mail Special Delivery and was with me by 1pm the very next day.
I cannot fault them - the product is excellent but for me - buying on line - the service is the main criteria which will make me buy from them again and again.

Our major purchase as Dr'sBest Celadrin Cream. Over the past few years we have purchased several hundred pounds of the product. Suddenly after placing a further order it was rejected and discontinued. We note other suppliers still offer it. While we were able to obtain it from Luxe BC we had fantastic service but this was very disappointing!!

LuxeBC has many products that I can't find anywhere else in the UK and pretty good service. The only criticism I have is that their delivery times could be faster, and some items take a few days to order in; however, they say that they are working on delivery times.

I always order my probiotics from Luxbc. The prices are good and they are always sent special delivery as they need to be kept cold. It normally takes a couple of days for the items to be despatched but this is explained on their website and therefore expected. All round a really good service.

Whenever I order from LuxeBC the items are great,quickly delivered and always well packaged.

Luxe BC is a great place to find unusual items, especially for those with food intolerances. The Purity mascara is a great item. Service is always prompt and hassle free. I have had a refund on a an unsuitable item with no difficulties. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

they have a good selection of products and very good prices:
i found the big bottle of vit d3 plus only on their website in europe.this is the only brand of d3 with k2 and cofactors on the market (from biotech) and it was very important for me to have this particular product

i ve had big problems with shipment, it was lost by royal mail and there was a big delay due to this on an int'l shipment
but everything has been sorted out and they resend by courier

they also added a link to request a fast delivery by courier on international shipments so in the end this allowed to improve service

I have had very good service and received very quick responses to any email queries. Would definitely recommend this supplier.

I have ordered 3-4 times from Luxe and it has gone smooth.

But:
-When items are out of stock please notify customer instead of sending substitutes as this may not be appreciated.
-Please work on delivery times as it is a little bit longer than expected.
