I recently ordered a stained glass window film, with number, for an above door window pane from Lustalux and have been very impressed with their professionalism.

They were extremely helpful and quick to answer my queries and, prior to final printing, sent an image with the dimensions for my confirmation.

The parcel arrived quickly, complete with small tool kit, sample decal for testing, the final printed transfer, and comprehensive installation instructions.

The quality of the print looks fantastic and having closely followed the instructions, installation was straight forward.

I would definitely use Lustalux again and highly recommend them for their great service and quality.

Ordered some samples and chose, I ordered on the 29th April and arrived on 6th May. But before this was dispatched they gave me an option of how I wanted the print across 4 panels (on a bay window) - super happy. Great customer service.

I had some new windows installed and this was the best and cheapest way for some privacy. I have curtains but I like the light.

I have ordered some more samples for my dinning room window and I can't wait to choose and get my order in.

We had several large glass conservatory roof panels fitted with anti glare film . Provided and fitted by this company. It has made a significant difference in reducing the bright sun glare in our conservatory. The company have been professional, fair and friendly to deal with. Would recommend.

I ordered a sample and thereafter decided to place an order with Lustalux based on the great and quick customer service to my various queries during my sample request and their competitive pricing.

For my order I requested if they could deliver a 1.5m width roll cut to half the width and also to avoid delivery on a particular day. Lustalux fulfilled both my requests. A pleasure to purchase from Lustalux. Recommended and I’ll purchase from them again in the future.

Hidden incompatibility with almost all modern windows. Incredibly disappointed, did research, bought test pieces. Eventually spend >£100, applied it to all my downstairs windows. A LOT of work. Today, after a pretty warm day I’ve found a big crack in my window. Going back onto the website, hunting around all the little tabs at the bottom you learn it’s not compatible with any double pane windows, ie all modern windows. Now I will say they have covered themselves, they have put it somewhere. In my opinion this is a pretty MASSIVE flaw and should be advertised clearly, who would think that would happen. So it’s happened, I’ve wasted my time and my money and now my window is cracked as well. I think seriously you need to make this VERY clear on your website.

I ordered a privacy film for my door, and I was impressed with how quickly it arrived and that it was cut to the required size. The application process was straightforward, and the overall quality of the product is excellent.

My privacy films were easy to design on the website, and I was made aware of the cost of each film, along with a relevant image of each design, well before checkout. The films arrived on time and were very well packaged. The fitting instructions were very detailed, helpful and accurate ( I would recommend purchasing a felt squeegee as suggested).
I followed the instructions carefully and the films were easily applied. They look lovely! In an ideal world, I would have liked the colours in the films to have been more vivid and luxurious, but this was made clear on the website. I am very pleased with the service provided by Lustalux and am very pleased with my films. I think they were a good price. The measurements were accurate and the films fitted my windows perfectly. Thank you Lustalux!

I have seen a few negative comments in other reviews, and felt the need to respond.To clarify, my films were not "flimsy" at all. Once sprayed, as advised, they hung beautifully straight as I carried them to the window, and they slid easily onto the glass. I just made sure that I read and re-read the excellent instructions very carefully, and followed them to the letter. The tester piece of film was really helpful too.
As a result, the films were very easy to apply. They were in-situ and looking fabulous in just a few minutes. Don't cut corners, just follow the instructions and you'll be impressed with the result. Great job Lustalux - you should be proud of your product and the service you provide!

Excellent product with swift delivery. We love our window films. A very cost-effective way of giving our windows a stylish uplift. Now looking at what other windows in our house would suit a stylish film!

Very happy with this product. Quite expensive but I suppose that's because it is made to measure.
Lot's of different designs to suit everyone.

Absolutely delighted with my stained glass window film from Lustalux. The website is great - you choose from a range of interesting designs and select the exact dimensions of your window to get the perfect fit! There are lots of companies doing window film but this was the only one that I could find offering bespoke sizes, selectable online.
As well as the user friendly website, prices are reasonable and delivery fast and efficient. Very easy to install and the look is amazing. Definitely recommend Lustalux as a totally professional company offering a top quality product and service.
