Why can't the bath bombs be CAREFULLY wrapped when sent by post. I bought over £50 worth of bath bombs as a birthday present. Okay, lots of foam pieces inside the brown postal box, BUT inside the birthday box as well! Having scrabbled through masses of foam? pieces the bombs were found to be chipped and two were broken - they had obviously knocked against each other in transit. I felt so embarrassed watching the present being opened. Just awful.

Customer service was not great at the westfields white city, put me off going in that shop in westfields. Member of staff i think her name is called dont seem good with her customer service, didnt find her friendly

Today, I took my granddaughter out for the day & we visited Lush. This was after previously visiting the store with my other granddaughter. Daneka, again was there and was only happy to make a fuss with whatever she could lay her hands on! We again came away with a free sample & I bought a few things too! Thank you Daneka, was good to see you again. I’m sure we’ll be back soon 😀🙏

Products are quite pricey for being body sprays but just smell so nice.

It was really good i went with my friend in westfeild, White City and the worker there was friendly and nice and offers us to try the face masks in our hands and they were so beautiful and she explained about what the face masks will benefit for our skin and what type works best. We even had good conversations and she was happy to help us!

the products themselves are great, but only if you get them in store - don’t order online, as they use the dreaded Evri as a courier. Over £700 worth of online orders have been “lost” , I refuse to order online ever again. Customer service is okay if you can get hold of someone - I’m still waiting for a response on a missing item from months ago

Da 4 giorni ormai aspetto risposta per un reso online complicato: il conto su cui ho pagato è estinto e ci sono stati altri problemi che ho comunicato, per cui ho chiesto un buono acquisto.

Non rispondono né a mail né alla chat sul sito. La chat aperta lunedì scorso è ancora lì intatta, senza nessuna risposta! Ma come si fa??

Mi sento presa in giro.

Vogliono forse far decorrere i 14 giorni per avere una scusa ed evitare il rimborso?

We were in Westfields and the staff were amazing! Alex gave me a complimentary hand massage and it was fantastic- her energy, positivity and skill were second to none. Mariam at the tills was so kind and attentive, very knowledgeable on the different products and we purchased what she recommended. Great store with a lively buzz.

Lush is a rare treat for me as we don't have a store in my area. Staff are always so lovely, and products are amazing. I really appreciate that you do the recycling of pots by post, for people like me it's invaluable! I had a synaesthesia treatment at the Poole spa and it was amazingggg.

Magical spa treatments. Live the vibe and story that goes with each treatment. Fantastic staff.

Having to claim money back through my credit card provider after being incorrectly charged twice. Only partially refunded, followed by an ongoing argument about shipping. Now they have deleted my order history from my account to cover their lies.They're acting like a failing company, stealing from their remaining customers to cover their debts.

I visited the Lush shop in Swindon and had the great opportunity in being served by Harvey. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and not a pushy Sales Man. Excellent skills and would highly re recommend a trip to the High st to visit Lush rather than on line. Well done Harvey, keep up the good work.

They are proper cheaters. I ordered a few soaps from them. They sent it unwrapped in a paper box filled with "eco pops" what looks like plastic something. Giant mess it cause, fill the bin with this garbage and the soaps were naked so I hade to pack them individually. I sent an e-mail to them and they answered politely. That is why 2 stars not 1. Otherwise they have massively overpriced items with a cheat. I am not going to order anything from them anymore.

First time trying lush in ipswich. The staff was friendly attentive and pleasant. M daughter and me went into there to get a bath bomb and the person who served us took her time with my daughter and made her feel fab.

If I could give more stars I would. The customer service was elite, a masterclass in understanding and empowering your customer to engage and explore the entire Lush range.
In Stratford Westfield Lush I was met initially by Tiziri who was friendly and welcoming, I asked for an alternative bottle as my Snow Fairy Lush bottle is clogged, due to the glitter. I asked if they had a spray attachment that I could buy. Alethea overheard our conversation and explained there might be some empty bottles in the back. They then both went to look in the back. I wanted to show my sister the other lush sprays and made my way at the back of the store. I was greeted by Lizzie who directed me to the black body sprays.

At that moment Tiziri and Alethea came out and produced an empty clear bottle. Tiziri had washed a previous bottle and gifted it to me, to which I was really grateful. I then asked if snow fairy does a lotion or a spray without the glitter. Tiziri informed me that the lotion is available at xmas only. There is a spray that is similar to the Snow Fairy and she showed me the fragrance. It is DIVINEEE.
I wasn't too keen on the price so unbelievably Tiziri gifted it to me. I was astonished and incredibly grateful. Alethea, Lizzie and Tiziri really made me feel welcomed, appreciated and informed about LUSH culture.

I then went on to purchase 2x hair milk that Tiziri kindly pointed out to me and the body bar that also smells like sherbet and sunshine. My sister bought the same body butter with the tin.

Overall, the experience was one I will not forget. It meant a lot to be seen and considered in such a kind and generous way. The ladies were authentically kind, friendly and wanted to elevate our experience. I would like to offer my sincerest gratitude and hope they are remunerated for their exceptional customer service.

I recently tried the Snow Fairy bath bomb and it turned my skin pink and brought me out in a very itchy rash. Far too severe!

Had a lovely experience at lakeside shopping centre lush, as I was met with Nicole who was very knowledgeable and helped find specific products relative to my situation. Communication was outstanding explaining every ingredient and what effect they have on your skin.

In addition, she made us aware of partnerships and charitable contributions avaliable which opened our eyes to steps that the company is taking to help our communities. For example recycling as you can bring in empty used tubs and get 50p for each which give people the incentive to recycle.

I am very happy with the service provided by Nicole and would love to come back again!!

Need to train there staff better coming out and having a go at people doing their lawful protesting in the town , my family and friends will avoid this place
