DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND BAD QUALITY ITEMS, WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THEY TRY AND DELAY RESPONDING.

Do not buy from this brand.

I was advertised a romper on Instagram which was denim in the photos. When it arrived it was in a horrible light stretchy material and very poor quality. I paid £35 and asked for a refund, but on contacting the company they’ve asked me to pay for recorded shipping to China in order to get a refund. No doubt the cost of this will also be high.

They are currently refusing a refund without me shipping to China. When I bought the item the website said it was from Lumina London and I can’t see where on the website it says you have to return to China at your own cost.

Do not buy from this seller - con artists.

Awful - all comes from China and on their website they don't specify where items are coming from.

Takes way longer than the 4-7 days delivery they promise.

Then they offer a 20% or 30% refund as they know its a hassle to send back to china.

Policy doesn't specify China return but as the customer you are responsible to send this back to China at own cost.

Ich habe mir über eine Parfümerie (den ich schon öfters beim Vorbeigehen sah) einen wunderschönen Satinrock gekauft, der mit 60,- Euro nicht gerade ganz günstig war.
Egal....er war wunderschönen und mir das Geld auf jeden Fall wert.

ABER...UND JETZT KOMMT'S:
Die Qualität ist unter jeder Kritik!!!! Ich habe den Rock nur einmal kurz zur Probe getragen und musste dann gleich feststellen, dass auf der hinteren Seite ein Faden gezogen war, der nun einen sehr unschönen "Strich" quer über den Hintern hinterlassen hat.

Heute wollte ich ihn bei meiner Schneiderin kürzen lassen, die dann gesehen hat, dass unten am Saum jede Menge loser Fäden hängen, die wohl auch für das Fadenziehen verantwortlich sind.

Es ist wirklich sehr, sehr schade, denn der Rok und der Schnitt sind an und für sich schön und ich hätte mich sehr darauf gefreut ihn zu tragen.
Ärgerlich auch, dass die Parfümerie meint, sie könne den Rock nicht umtauschen....

Also FINGER WEG von Lumina Fashion. Ich habe erst kürzlich einen ähnlichen Rock bei "NKD" um ein Drittel des Preises gekauft.und Was soll ich sagen: Die Qualität ist Top!!! Nach mehrmaligem Tragen und waschen schaut er aus wie neu. Den von Lumina Fashion hab ich noch nicht mal wirklich an gehabt, und man müsste ihn eigentlich entsorgen...

Ich bin sowas von enttäuscht 😞

Don't buy from Lumina fashion, because you will have a lot of problems! It was first time when I ordered from Lumina, and it was first very full of stress experience associated with orders from internet. The problems began from the first day. I ordered some clothes from Lumina on 04.15, after 2 days I got the message that 2 items from my order are out of stock. It was surprise for me, because I could put these items to my buying basket…The second problem started when I got defected sweater, which I wanted to return and for free. The company said that sweater was sent in very good condition because they have very good quality control! Really? If this company have very good quality control, these problems never happens! And finally I returned that defected sweater, and 2 items more. The company said that they are very serious and honest company and will return money for shipping cost and only 2 items, but I returned 3 items!!!! I returned them 3 items, but they are saying that they got only 2!!!! I thought that it was joke! I could not believe that it can happen! Do you still believe that it is normal and seriuos, honest company??? Dont buy ever from them because they are making a lot of mistakes and you have to pay for it!!!
