Honestly love it! Genuinely helps brighten mood and ability to focus

L'entreprise Lumie sont vraiment top.
Le colis à été livré par Collisimo France, et la c'est vraiment pas top, eux m'ont affirmé que le livreur m'as livré en main propre, alors que j'étais à 25 kilomètres de chez moi.
Collissimo ne devrait plus exister.
Heureusement que l'entreprise Lumie ont été très correcte et qu'ils m'ont renvoyé le colis.
Ce réveil le modèle 750 DAB+ est vraiment d'une qualité exceptionnelle, que ce soit au niveau conception, l'appareil est très intuitif, au niveau son incroyable.

The volume for the alarm could be higher.

We've had lumie lamps for about ten years. We recently updated to the LED version and unfortunately most elements of the design are considerably worse. The power cable is quite loose, the digital display is bright and, frankly, ominous- which isn't great for a product focused on sleep quality. The sunset feature doesn't happen automatically. The alarm light doesn't turn itself off in the morning. If you want to turn off the light you have to cycle through a bright coloured light first. The sunrise is much less gradual. Overall, a big leap backwards. We'll certainly be shopping around when we come to replace our second lamp.

Easy, prompt service. They know their products. Good product, well made. This is my second one only because the bulbs in my old one are no longer made.

Just purchased Lumie 150, very happy with it but there is one thing missing to make it perfect imo.
An alarm clock should have a battery back up.

Both my products came super quick! I got alarm sunrise clock and lamp. I love them both and it’s really made a difference to my mornings and days. I have more energy and actually wake up in the mornings without feeling groggy.

Very quick and easy service with good communication. The lumie light used for acne is a miracle product. It clears existing acne and prevents new outbreaks. 100% recommend, works far better than topical creams / antibiotics

Got bought a sunrise alarm clock for Christmas. Noticed it was losing time and then the alarm stopped working intermittently. I contacted the customer service team who were more than helpful. They repaired my clock and got it sent back to me within 1 weeks. Really please with the great customer service and ease of resolving a problem.

The Lumie Clear truly is wonderful for the skin; I was having massive breakouts and as soon as I started using this daily for 1 month, I stated seeing my skin improve. I highly recommend it. Now I use the light to sooth my skin with he LED technology it has and love it; 10 min is all you need for maintenance :)

Great light just the right size to transport around as well. The light itself is perfect and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Radio has stopped working. Have tried to reset a number of times without success. I wrote to Lumie but they said I would have to pay for them to send and fix it. £199, a lot of money for something that doesn’t provide a radio. Very disappointed as I expected a better quality item for this price that doesn’t stop working after a couple of years.
