Easy to order. Quality products every time. Might be more expensive but cheaper versions do not offer same level of light therapy.

Product was delivered promptly and as described. It was a gift for someone and they were delighted with the functionality and quality of the light helping them get up in these dark mornings.

I really wanted to love my Lumie Mini but it gave me headaches and nausea. The return process was a little laborious as it required a couple of back and forth emails with customer service (who was very prompt with replies), and a follow up email 2 weeks later to check on refund which I am still waiting for. Despite the hassle and slowness of refund, Lumie customer service is excellent.

The product is great, the wake up and go to sleep functions are very good, I prefer the luxe 750 for blue light tones but I'm in a poor signal area so did not benefit from the DAB radio. For this reason i returned the Luxe 750 and kept the bodyclock 300. The sounds are very good and there are a sufficient number to suit any mood. I am very happy with and it is a relief to have good email communication with the company.

Very quick delivery. As always Lumie provide excellent customer service. I have an original model from when they first came out, but it's a bit big for the bedside cabinet and is in the spare room. The newer model is the perfect size and just as good.
Don't be tempted by cheaper "multi-coloured" clocks from Aldi;Lidl; etc. My in-laws got me one and they just don't help S.A.D. You wake up grumpy instead of happy!
Summary: I would recommend Lumie alarm clocks to everyone, it's one of the nicest way to wake up.
