Had 2 items from this company.. 1 has started to fade and go green!! But in between that my daughter ordered something. The seller sent the wrong item which was alot cheaper. I've emailed umpteen times. No answer no reply. There's no phone number or address!!! Please all report this to trading standards. There posting out items that arnt worth nothing. Don't waste ur money..

UPDATE Oct 2025: We had 2 belchers. Both are green and tarnished, cant use them at all. They lasted a few weeks MAX! No one replied to my emails. No contact just took our money for pieces of tat

Purchased an item for £90 said item was being prepared and never arrived . I tried contacting them many many times no communication /refund nothing. Scam site

The saint christopher pendant and chain I bought turned green after 3 weeks. I’ve sent numerous emails and tried to contact them with absolutely no communication back what so ever. Website states there jewellery will never tarnish and is life time warranty. This is clearing the case. Stay well away

The chain and bracelet I have purchased has gone silver after 3 weeks I have sent multiple emails and several live chats for over 2 weeks now and not had one reply it is a joke. Do not use this company as they lie about their life time warranty and customer satisfaction !!

Emailed 5 times tried phoning can't find address to return bracelet that had gone from gold to silver

The item faded within a few wears had a nightmare trying to contact the company to return, finally returned the item they received it back 5 days ago still no refund and ignoring all communication! AVOID!

Currently trying to get hold of a return address. I have left numerous messages on every form/email/chat but nothing back. I made the mistake of not checking these reviews first. I will be taking this to the fraud department and financial ombudsman if I don't get a reply.

Sends out cheap stuff then never gets back to you no replies online no emails back they do this on purpose AVOID THIS COMPANY

Awful company , sent out broken products , look nothing like the photos , “gold” wore off after a few days and only wore it once , tried to return and they won’t reply to you tried email , website everything, went thru Klarna and it failed somehow , absolute bunch of scammers never ever ever buy from here , I will be contacting them as I’m going to do a bank dispute and speak to someone professional to seek help in this matter as it was a complete waste of money , I will take this as far as I need until I am reimbursed!!!!! I have been fighting this for 3 month now!!!!

Ordered a number of items for my nephew as a gift and the items were sent really quickly and of great quality. He absolutely loved them. The gift box was cute too so ideal for a gift idea.

Purchased a heart shaped bracelet, recommended this company by a friend, the quality was very good and images matched the product delivered exactly, fast delivery and packaged nicely to protect the item, I gifted it to my sister as a present and she loved it, would definitely purchase more items good variety of items sold.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. My son purchased a chain from this company, and it’s been a frustrating ordeal ever since. The chain arrived looking cheap and not worth the money—nothing like what was advertised.

The real problems began when we tried to return it. There was zero communication. No response to multiple emails, and their website chat provided only a single vague reply, promising they’d get back to us within 48 hours. After that, complete silence. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding us.

It wasn’t until I threatened to escalate things through a bank dispute and the Financial Ombudsman that they finally responded, providing a returns address. From start to finish it took nearly two months to resolve. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout was shocking.

I would strongly advise against dealing with this company. If something goes wrong, don't expect any help or even basic customer service. Be cautious and look elsewhere—this company is untrustworthy.

Absolutely awful company! No contact what so ever. Wanted to return my item as soon as I got it I contacted them and still have not received a response. Provide a fake phone number and no way of getting a refund. Scammers. Avoid.

Terrible company, ordered 4 bracelets, they never sent them, messaged their online chat and eventually got a response offering me some bracelets that I didn’t want about 4 days later, they told me that they would get the ones I wanted in stock the following week and to message them for an update, never heard anything back and had to claim a refund through my bank.

Terrible company, I made a purchase but wasn’t happy with it and wanted to return it. I reached out to them for the return details but was redirected to the site chat bot which can only offer pre set automated answers. A long story short, it took me 3 days to get this infamous return address and the only reason I believe they sent it was because I payed using Klarna and paused future payments. Found other disgruntled customers on their Facebook page with similar and the same complaints dating back 2 years ago. Here is their return address for anyone else they decide to try and steal from via forcing you to keep the purchase.
