Absolutely amazing delivery driver! Delivered new front door (no stairs involved though) to where it needed to go. Delighted with his cheery, helpful attitude, unlike a Deanta door delivery driver... Zobacz więcej

Delivery driver was brilliant
Kept informed at all times about delivery slot. I emailed with a query and it was responded to by professionally and it was bet helpful. The delivery driver was superb, helpful and polite. I asked him to put my doors round the back of house as I couldn’t carry them and there was no hesitation. Just brilliant and thank you so much. This has now made me look at ordering more doors as I know front won’t be a problem.

Excellent service and price
Excellent service and price.
Only confusing issue, on my part, was that the confirmation of order showed the invoice address, not the delivery address; though the courier did have the correct address and it went swimmingly. Thank you.

Fantastic service!
Ordering our doors online was easy and simple with clear details and specifications.
Delivery was extremely quick and the doors were securely packed.
Traffic at the moment is terrible so our ETA was delayed, but LPD and courier contacted me to inform me of the delays and were very apologetic.
The delivery person was really jolly and friendly on arrival.
The whole experience was fantastic and will be ordering from LPD again in the future.

Lies and broken doors
Round one: Doors ordered through Doors to Floors, supplied by LPD, arrived broken. Waited weeks for a replacement that should have been checked before ever leaving the warehouse.
Round two: Missed deliveries, incorrect stock, and shifting explanations about what was “actually available” versus what had already been sold to us.
The supplier then confirmed three times that everything would arrive on Tuesday.
Tuesday: no doors.
Wednesday: no doors.
Thursday: still no doors.
Friday update: door arrived broken.
At this point, I’m not sure whether we ordered doors or accidentally signed up for a logistics horror story with weekly instalments of disappointment.
Doors to Floors and LPD’s combined approach seems to be:
Promise → take money → deliver broken goods (if anything) → miss delivery → contradict previous update → deliver broken products repeat.
Even more telling, LPD’s own reseller reportedly described the excuses being given as “lies” — which honestly says everything you need to know about the communication and accountability in this chain.
If you enjoy broken deliveries, constant delays, and being repeatedly misled by multiple parties pointing fingers at each other, then this is the perfect setup for you.
Otherwise, avoid Doors to Floors and LPD entirely and buy your doors somewhere that actually delivers what you paid for.

Good afternoon Andy,
Thank you for your for your review and comments, I am sorry your recent order has not met your expectations. I've checked our records and have located a couple of orders for you, one of which does have a return and replacement processed, but from our records this was dealt with promptly and the new order is currently processing. If you have any further details or information you would like to add, please do provide more info and I'll happily review further.
Please take care.

Good morning Phil,
Thank you for your lovely feedback, I will ensure it is fed throughout the business. Your delivery fee would be related to your order and paid to your stockist, so although this is a service offered to our business partners we have no control over their own systems or process.
Please take care, and do think of us again going forward with your next project.
Kind regards

My delivery was not on the map.
My delivery was not on the map.
The link showed me that I would be third out of three on the docket to be dropped off.
Anticipating the obvious problems my location may cause, and because the link showed how the OTHER deliveries were going, I preempted and called the number supplied and through it was able to have the driver contact me when he was close so as to help him with my actual location.
I had the impression that the chap on the office number knew his job, and this made me rest easy. And lastly, close to the delivery time, I received a call from the driver, thus enabling a difficult delivery.
Recommended. Both individuals, and the system used.
Two hard wood door frames, to a DIY'er.
Cheers 🇬🇧
