I have already been charged for my storage unit. Logon failed to inform me first that I would need to have my drivers license in order to verify my ID just to gain access to the unit I was already charged for. My house was set on fire and I have been repeatedly robbed, I can not find anything in my car because everything I own is inside my car and i wouldn’t know if it’s lost or stolen. Meaningless to Loxon, for me a massive ordeal because it’s the same old bullshit that stops me from doing anything everytime I try to sort this bulkshit mess my life has turned into since my ex partner decided to destroy my life and take everything from me. Just makes me feel like giving up. You can’t ever sort problems out with a human being, face to face when you need to.

Great service, good systems in place, easy access to storage areas, trolleys and trailer available for use free of charge and a great price.

I needed to book a second shed urgently and your staff member was so helpful and everything was seemless! The new shed is great. It doesn't get hot, looks newly painted on the floor and the roller door is easy to unlock and open.

The connection App didn't work so we have no access code yet. There is NO phone to ring on weekends so now we have to go to the office first thing tomorrow.
And the App doesn’t autosize to all phones so it’s extremely difficult to read.
