Lesley has extended an excellent service helping to sort out my third ticket after I haven’t received confirmation for it!
Alas checking with my bank why the charge for this 3rd ticket didn’t go through, my Barclays bank confirmed ATG received a charge of £85.03 which should be refunded to me as I purchased again the 3rd ticket with a different bank’s card.
Please check and refund that first payment of Barclays visa £85.03

Appalling customer service
Paid £180 to see what was promoted on National Radio (Heart) as a 'one woman show' with Catherine Tate, who was promoting it herself, not the theatre or production company. As I am a huge fan, my husband paid all this money for us to go and see the show for our anniversary. The actor has now been replaced and the company are refusing a refund or any kind of compensation whatsoever, stating it falls in their policy as they replaced the actor. But this is not the same a production with a large cast, and this is false adverting as Catherine Tate promised herself as the USP. And this has now been withdrawn. The attitude of the customer service staff has been appalling, refusing to escalate my complaint beyond that of the customer service department themselves and we now have no choice but to take legal action. Disheartened is an understatement.

Inflated seat prices
Really disappointing - we were given £100 vouchers for Love Theatre and the exact same seats which would have cost £90 for two directly from the theatre were £108 on Love Theatre. We had no choice but to purchase through Love Theatre because the vouchers can only be used by them directly - felt like a rip off though.
