Good purchasing experience

It was very hard to choose from the list of flowers, as the website offers wonderful options to make someone’s day. I think the bouquet was very beautiful for the price, and the person who received was happy and surprised. Thank you, I would definitely use your service again!

DEAD FLOWERS

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mum, just to put a smil on her face. She received them on Tuesday and by Thursday they were dead. I complained to the company yesterday as I dont see my mum everyday so I only found out yesterday when they died. The company told me: "Due to the perishable nature of our flowers, we kindly ask that any complaints be made within 3 days of delivery. This policy helps us address issues promptly and effectively.
Unfortunately, as the complaint was raised outside of this timeframe, we are unable to take it further. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause" I advised everyone to not use them, it made my mum feel worse as I wasted my money.

Can’t recommend

No, no, no! If you want to avoid stress and disappointment- avoid Lovelyfloraworld.
Placed the order on Sunday, asked to choose the delivered date- I’ve added the next day.
Order has been shipped on Monday early morning and delivered on Tuesday afternoon. Flowers arrived broken and not Fresh at all. And please don’t point out it’s not your responsibility , it’s only yours - make the arrangements to meet clients expectations and your charges.
The poorest customers service
I’ve ever dealt with.

Lairs, scammers

Lairs, decietful and bad company. They lie about how flowers are delivered by royal mail who buys flowers via that lol. They day the deliver flowers nezt day on a sunday another lie!

This company needs reporting to trading stardards.

They fake there own 5 star reviews on there own website.. not 1 bad review i gave them one star didnt publish it what a surprise now refund my monet before I sue you

Don't rely on next day delivery

I was told by the recipient that the flowers were gorgeous. I ordered for next day delivery and that date was on my receipt. Unfortunately they didn't deliver on that date, but 2 days later. The delivery driver left them at the side of the house, even though the recipient was at home. They were only aware of the delivery when I contacted them, as I had the delivery notification.

I ordered flowers 5 days before my…

I ordered flowers 5 days before my chosen delivery date and they were delivered 2 days after the chosen date (which wasn’t a weekend). I ordered Orange Burst and the flowers were nothing like them. Would add pictures but doesn’t give me the option to. In response to their reply today 15 April, I submitted proof and pictures to which they have said the following:-
I am really sorry but we cannot take this complaint further.
From your Trustpilot complaint, we could not connect your order, so we needed to investigate this further.
The bouquet you had received is the correct one, but sometimes colours may be substituted due to availability.
We had tried our best to match the arrangement as closely as possible to the one advertised on our website, but as our disclaimer on our website also states this information.

Ordered flowers Saturday to be delivered Sunday and now it is Monday and still no flowers or any communication to my emails.. lesson learnt won't be repeating any further orders .. I've asked for a refund but again no reply..

Never use this Florist Disgusting

Ordered flowers on the 1st for the 2nd of April, tracked with the delivery people, was confirmed the flowers won't be delivered till the 4th or 7th of April. The Birthday was on the 2nd by the way, I mean this is a disgrace, when asked all this is stated on the website? Really, it's a perishable item and who delivers flowers through Royal Mail
Anyone reading this review o would not go near this florist.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered this bouquet for my mum following some traumatic surgery.
The bouquet was sent next day and it was awful.
It had no green foliage around the outside, and far less gerberas and roses, they look like they could of been bought in a supermarket.
I was so upset, so I emailed the company and they didn't seem to bothered, I sent photos but they still didn't seem bothered. I had to push for a gesture of good will partial refund, and they offered 15% refund.
PLEASE DO BOT USE THIS COMPANY, I WOULD HATE FOR ANYONE TO FEEL THE DISAPPOINTMENT I FELT.
I will upload the website pictures, and the ones I was actually sent.

I received flowers from the company the…

I received flowers from the company the Wednesday by the Thursday they were dying. I tried to call the company to explain and got put through to voicemail. I called again and left another voicemail and still heard nothing back so i found the email address and emailed them explaining the roses had died the next day. The lady replied saying I was not in the time range for them to do anything as I should have contacted earlier. I explained I had as I called and left voicemails the next day and noone called me back. The lady did not respond to me after I explained. Would not order again.

I am genuinely appalled by both the…

I am genuinely appalled by both the quality of the flowers I received and the company’s response when I raised the issue.
The bouquet delivered was significantly different from what was advertised — lacking in size, fullness, and overall presentation. It did not resemble the “large” bouquet I had paid for, and any reasonable person would notice the difference immediately.
When I contacted customer service and provided photographic evidence, my concerns were dismissed following what they described as an “internal review.” Despite clearly showing that the product was not as described, they refused to offer any form of refund or resolution.
What is most disappointing is not just the poor quality of the product, but the complete lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage meaningfully with a legitimate complaint.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect fair treatment or a satisfactory resolution. Under the consumer rights act this will be taking further

Flowers where Terrible not what I…

Flowers where Terrible not what I expected they where for a special 70 birthday I ordered large and it was very sparse, I understand that most come with close buds but it was the amount of stems I would have been better buying from a supermarket I was so embarrassed and disappointed customer service where not interested and pointed out I got what I ordered I dispute this

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!

As you can see, all of the reviews are 1 star , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

they advertised that the flowers would be available on mothers day , which of course they didn’t come , I ask for a refund , got a snotty email basically saying yeah we don’t care that we ruined your mothers day , not our problem , not even a sorry.

Then when the flowers came they were NOTHING like the picture , they looked old and dried up , like they’d been picked a week ago !

Awful service , AWFUL FLOWERS , just overall terrible company , please go to someone local …. Or go and pick some out of your garden , they will be better than these

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! Ordered flowers for my sisters 60th birthday for first time from this company never again being as wrong order and nothing like the flowers chosen was delivered to the recipient with the wrong written card and it was the wrong order number which was hugely disappointing,contacted with proof of wrong order and got an unapologetic response along with excuses ,wouldn’t recommend buying from this company of scammers 😡

3 days late arrived dead

Paid for next day delivery. Arrived three days late. Obviously the flowers were nearly dead. When contacting the company they blamed the courier and refused to refund me anything.
