Our experience with Loveitts Letting Agent has been extremely disappointing. They entered our rental property without prior consent, conducted a final inspection (3 weeks before ending our contract) and left the electricity and heating on, adding unnecessary costs to us. They then took the keys back to their office, restricting our access even though we were still legally responsible for the property.

The end-of-tenancy process was poorly managed, causing unnecessary stress. Throughout the tenancy, they also failed to carry out regular inspections properly, which led to issues for both us and the landlord at the end.

When questioned about their unauthorised visit, they made excuses, claiming they had only sent us a viewing request (not an inspection request) and decided to carry out an inspection anyway simply because we didn’t reply to one email. keep saying that we authorised it and quite annoying. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Looking at other reviews, I can see a pattern—Loveitts always tries to prove themselves right, no matter what, with a complete lack of accountability. Their ego-driven approach makes dealing with them incredibly frustrating.

Such a bad letting agent—we would not recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and professional service.

Completion date finally arrived having had the best support from Loveitts.
For me the process has been a challenge but made more bearable with the knowledge that Rich, Sally, Sarah and Lisa have gone above and beyond to help wherever they could. To the point where Lisa offered to drive to the solicitors with the transfer document to ensure it arrived on time.
There is a warm and friendly atmosphere when you walk into the office and I felt everybody there is focused on doing the best job possible for each individual client.
I feel I definitely would have struggled more with the sale without this team.

They are very easy to work with, quick, efficient, and professional, and have some first rate people there.Also, competitively priced, especially in comparison to the previous agents. Communication is excellent. I rate them very highly.

Loveitts Auction team especially Rich went out of their way to helping me get a conveyancer for a flat purchase . The clock was ticking before christmas , options were getting tighter but they fixed me up with a conveyancer and we got over the line . Rich kept checking in with me and took a interest in my situation .

All went really smoothly. Steve helped in the early days and Michelle kept me updated during the process. Not so great at the end when keys were handed over to someone assumed to be me (luckily someone I knew) - would have expected more of a check especially as I was in the office waiting for the key.
