Excellent customer service as always from initial contact by phone with Becky, who answered all of our questions fully and was happy to add extra nights in an hotel after our cruise ends in Tokyo. The written quote arrived swiftly on email, clearly detailing itinerary & costs. We rang & booked the following day. It’s lovely to deal with professionals like Becky, who are friendly & understand the value of great customer care.

Made an enquiry about an advertised 5* Epic Australian Outback to Reef Adventure, and was dealt with by Olivia Smith. She provided a friendly & efficient service, furnishing me with all the details & price options.

I contacted online using their chat-bot to ask for more information about a transpacific cruise which was advertised on TV. I was quickly put through to an agent, who arranged for someone to call me. I received the call within minutes. Natalie was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything I needed to know and provided additional advice and information. She arranged our booking, took a deposit over the phone and emailed confirmation. The whole process was efficient, quick and pleasant.

Nothing was too much trouble for Natalie & she was great when we decided to split our long flight with a couple of days in Singapore, arranging alternative flights & a hotel with no fuss at all. The 5* Australian Icons itinerary & a previous good holiday experience was the reason we decided to look at booking this holiday but Natalie’s great service was a bonus and the reason we will book again in the future.

This was the first time using LoveitBookit. They’d been recommended by a friend. The cruise is great value - cheaper than other companies. John Hull was very helpful and knowledgeable, he advised us on the best cabin and went through the whole itinerary with us. Very easy booking process over the phone and they are quick to respond to emails.

Having used LoveitBookit before, we expected a good service when we called to book a new cruise. However Becky was exceptional, very patient as we were trying to choose between two itineraries. She talked us through each one, clarifying the key differences, especially when we got a bit confused! All in all a great customer service experience.

booked a hawain cruise noticed after a while that loveitbookit had put my wife's name down incorrectly. contacted loveitbookit to correct this...took about 3 weeks to correct, got to Manchester airport and was told one of the flight had her name wrong. Managed to get this corrected 5mins b4 gate closed. In total they had her name incorrect on 3 docs (all different errors) and they had photos of passports...they have offered £200 off next holiday, keep it never again!!!
