After watching loveitbookit on the tv we were very interested in a particular cruise. Phoned and spoke to Olivia Smith who was very knowledgeable and advised us on the best cabin. Having seen Loveitbook it on cruise tv , I enquired about an escorted tour to Australia.
I spoke to a Matthew Hawkins, who was very knowledgeable and looked into various options for me to consider.
Over the Bank Holiday weekend I emailed Matthew, thinking it would be picked up on the Tuesday morning.
I was surprised to get a phone call from Matthew within minutes of sending it.
He again looked into flight times for my wife and I and I was able to book a tour over that weekend.
I was surprised staff were working over the Bank Holiday weekend, but must thank Matthew and the company for their excellent service.
The tour is booked and all the details were emailed to me on the Tuesday.
