This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with!! They offer a trial period when you purchase their loupes however, when you need to send them back, they completely fall off the face of the Earth!! They will not answer emails, phone calls or even texts. I was sent the wrong frames entirely. I am STILL waiting for my refund, some 30 days later and it is over $800. I will now have to to involve legal counsel and the whole thing is just a nightmare. I would never, ever advise trading with this company! Pitiful!

Horrible experience with the company!! Slow delivery. Batteries all failed in less than a year. No one at the company willing to speak honestly about the product and timing of delivery or replacement of failed product. Terrible customer service and relations.

Addendum: I received the replacement batteries 10 days later and they forgot to send the charger for them. Useless until a new charger arrives in another 10 days.

They need a very long time to answer the Emails.

Spent About 3 months sending my loupes back and forth because the angulation of the lenses were off And they couldn’t get it right. (My pupilar distance was measured by an optometrist) Hours on the phone w a tech. I’ve never had issues w custom loupe purchases before. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It’s been about 9 months and at this point they don’t reply to my emails. Maybe they are out of business?? Yes, they are much cheaper but this experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a pair of loupes.

Update: still no refund after confirming they received the product back in great condition. Reported them to BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m out $1500+ and I have no loupes. DO NOT BUY From this company!!! You are warned!

My loupe light came detached because I over tightened the screw for the light. Sent them in and they repaired them and even sent me brand new loupes!! Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! I’d rate you higher than a 5!!!! Tytyty. Very happyyyyyy!!!

I bought several dental loupes for my charity all for donation to clinics in Africa. The loupes were brand new but broken and not repairable. The company would not replace them since I had group purchased them a year ago even though they were never used and still in the original box. The loupes I bought were not very sturdy and made of cheap plastic and this was probably the reason they broke in the first place. I will never buy from this company ever again and they just bought a lifetime of bad publicity.

I ordered loupes and returned them.
They sent me a new set even though I asked for my money back, then returned those unopened. They accepted the return and have been telling me the money is to be credited back to my account for almost 2 years.

The Custom Fusion TTL 3.5x loupes I ordered had perfect measurements，super light weight and huge viewing field. But when I tried them on, there was an angle of declination issues, I had to bend down my neck whole day and it really hurt my neck and back. I contacted the company and the service manager Sam was very concise, patient and detailed in helping me to adjust the frame, and work out the issue from start to finish.

I was sent a refitted pair of loupes which are now completely perfect. A massive thank you to Schultz Loupes for providing such good service and product. Will definitely recommend Schultz Loupes to my fellow dental colleagues.

I bought my loupes and headlight from Schultz. As I do not live in the US, I went to my optician to get my measurements done. I sent my measurements and just 2 weeks later, I received my loupes and headlight. I am very pleased and satisfied with the product quality. The loupes and light are both super light-weight and very convenient to use. The light is very bright and I like the pure white light beam.

My colleagues started to notice my loupes and light and started asking me about it. I was able to help two of my colleagues to place orders through whatsapp. I am very thankful how the customer service rep was very responsive, handled inquiries and help place the order. The whole process was super easy and quick.

I have used my loupes and light for 6 months now and I couldn't be more happier. Major game-changer in my daily work as a dental hygienist. Highly recommended!

Tried all the big brands I could get my hands on but found them often very heavy and always insanely expensive.

After looking online for alternatives, I found schultz loupe. I bought the custom TTL 3.5X loupes, they are super light and provide clear vision and a very large viewing field

I was so satisfied with the first set that I bought another pair of 4.0x with a headlight a few months later during a special sales event. Initially I was a bit skeptical due to the price difference with the other big brands but the 30 day money back policy for a custom product made me take the chance which I haven't regretted to date!

The optics and light work cooperative. The light is amazingly ground-breaking and enlightens the entire usable field without distortion at the edges. Client care has been positive. Shultz as an esteemed company is constantly open to analysis and approaches to improve. This joined with their ethos of putting the customer initially has consistently brought about an extraordinary client experience. They have constantly settled my inquiries in an auspicious and effective way. When they state lifetime guarantee I trust them basically dependent on the customer experience. Great Company! Avoid this company. I purchased a pair of loupes and never received them. The seller admitted they made a mistake with the delivery address and I still haven't yet received a refund despite my requests for a full refund. I opened cases with PayPal, ACCC and my bank. Avoid this seller - I paid more than US$1500 for an item I never received. I received a sarcastic response from the seller suggesting I should try to find the item myself - they are sure the item is somewhere in Australia.

I had a rep from one of the major companies come to my office and measure me for new loupes and headlight. The loupe working distance was way off and the light was weak which was ok but the battery only lasted 90 minutes, so I returned them. I went online found scultz/loupes direct followed the ordering instructions and less than 3 weeks later recieved my new loupes and butterfly headlight. The loupes and light are super light weight and of great quality. The light battery lasts over 3 hours. Great case also included..all for over half the price. Simply put a great product easy ordering process great custom service and shocking low price.

I was looking for a high quality loupe with ergonomics and aesthetics. I have always been inclined to purchase from evident. However, the price was out of my range as a undergraduate. On my search I came across admetec as I was looking for a more affordable option.

As their was no distributor in the UK I had to order them across the pond. The logistics was a nightmare however SCHULTZ ensured that this process was streamlined and I received my product within 28 days. I actually received them before the expected delivery date.

My other concern was to ensure my meausrements were accurate for the interpupillary distance at working length. This was provided to them from a prescription I received from a private opticians.

On receiving the product I have nothing but positive things to say. The item was able to be used straight out the box with no need for further adjustments.

Ergonomics and functionality 5*.

You can wear these all day and not know you have them on even with the light. Amazing. My posture has improved and back pain resolved. The depth of field and variability in not losing resolution when moving back and forth from a static position has made these loupes very flexible when operating. Disorientation does not occur. As a operator I am more comfortable when carrying out procedures and utilise these loupes in all operative processes even when treatment planning. I would highly recommend the titanium frames.

Optics and Lighting 5*

I purchased the 3.5x galilean TTL. Optics combined with the lighting has drastically improved my accuracy when addressing advanced conservative procedures such as crown preperations and access preperations for endodontic work.

Also what has improved significantly is my visibility when doing endodontic procedures and being able to identify canals. The optics and light work synergistically. The light is extremely powerful and illuminates the whole operative field without distortion at the edges. *Complete uniformity*. I have been asked by professionals where they can order the light as they are completely blown away on how bright and powerful and also the battery life.

Customer Service 5 *

Customer service has been very positive. Shultz as a company is always open to criticism and ways to improve. This combined with their ethos of putting the customer first has always resulted in a great customer experience. They have always resolved my queries in a timely and effective manner. The 3-month option made it possible for me to purchase this great item and they were always supportive. If they were any issues they always resolved. This is a solution focused company. I recall a period when i missed my 3rd payment. The team allowed me some flexibility to clear the last payment and have always behaved in a polite and courteous manner. When they say lifetime warranty I believe them simply based on the customer experience. Honest company.

I would like to remind you if you are lucky enough to have a distributor try this loupe manufacturer when shopping for new loupes. Compare them. You will be pleasantly surprised. The UK does not have a distributor so I was unable to try them. I took a risk but it paid off. I really hope you guys release higher galilean mags in the future. Highly recommended for undergraduates.

Saw the wireless butterfly loupes on Facebook and thought they looked silly. Don’t knock it until you try it! I requested a demo set to try completely free and fell in love! I wear a wired headset at work and didn’t have room for anymore wires So this worked great! I had a direct number to a rep that helped me through the whole process of getting my very own pair. Can’t beat the quality for the price!
