I ordered the IT t-shirt box in medium size. Was delivered on time but when came to try the t shirts on, although being labeled as medium the sizes varied and one was unwearable and must of been a small. I returned it, wrote down the t shirt description from the pack and requested an exchange. I then received an entirely diffetent t shirt despite being told i could exchange like for like and writing the item code from pack. I then had to return a second time (Freepost this time) i wrote description down again, i then received an email asking which one i wanted & i had to send you a picture of the tee shirt. I then finally reveived correct t shirt in correct size.

I buy all me t shirts online and have never had any problems before, this is first time using yourselves & im afraid it will be the last, 3 attempts to get correct t shirt is poor

Absolutely terrible customer service!
They sent me the wrong item I emailed them and got a really unapologetic response back telling me I would have to return the wrong item then they would sort out my order.
This was bought as a git and already a week since I placed the order.
I asked them to send my order out as a next day delivery and for my email to be passed to management. (In the mean time I sent back the wrong item)
I heard nothing for days and had to keep emailing.

4 days later and I still haven't received my order which is pointless now as the birthday was yesterday.

I was going to recommend them to family members for xmas gift ideas but wont be using again, very unprofessional, unhelpful company.

had an issue with the one of the shirts being the wrong size as brought the random mix, called up and they said they will replace it, had to call again to get them to replace as it didnt arrive. They were very helpful on the phone and happy to help.

the quality of the shirts are great and the patterns are brilliant, they are thin shirts but lovely to wear. I am very happy with the collection I received.

Super quick delivery. I've not opened the mystery bags I ordered, yet, as they are Christmas presents so can't comment on the quality/selection. I did order some separate t-shirts that are all printed with high quality and the material used for the shirts does not feel cheap

Bought the 7 t-shirts for£10 mystery box. Bargain! OK some weren't hubbies taste, but son grabbed those. Son then went on to buy 2 more boxes for himself. Out of 14 t-shirts he'll wear 12 not too bad for £20! Recommend to anyone wanting a bargain and a surprise

No issues with the service but massively disappointed with the fact that the image on the website and the product looked very different. I assume that this is not necessarily the fault of Loudshop, as they are perhaps using images provided to them, but this has certainly made me nervous about using them again, for clothing items anyway.
