$90 Flashdance Pants got rips in the thighs after LESS than two months of wear. I am not a big girl and I even bought a size up in order to obtain the baggy fit which leaves me with the conclusion that the pants are of horrid quality. Really upset as I saved really hard to get these pants. I’ve been ignored by customer service so far so not expecting an answer here anyways but would love some explanation as to why they use a stitching/material that is clearly extremely poorly suited to its task. This is an active wear company and its pants should be able to be used for ACTIVITIES!! In total to think I wore the pants 10 times throughout the past 60ish days.
I’m sure that if I do get a response from customer service it’ll fall under “user wear and tear” or “user error” but i think that’s ridiculous. I’ve got KMART clothes from 2011 that are still going. So should these pants.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SHOP HERE!!!

I’ve owned a pair of black Lorna Jane tights for the last 8 years. They’ve been with me through 3 full time jobs, exercise, moving house, mowing lawns and any number of things. I seriously cannot believe these things are still going, they’ve never stretched faded or lost their comfort. Well worth the investment!

They won’t give paper based receipts in store. They will only accept email addresses to email the digital receipt. I refused and had to make the purchase without receiving a proof of purchase. I will never be back

I bought a T-shirt last week and the sales lady refused to give me a receipt
She said I had to give her my email and that was the only way she could provide the receipt of the purchase.
Is this legal?
Do I have to provide my personal email to get proof of purchase?

Bought shorts on 11 Nov and they ripped after one wear on the 19 Nov, such awful quality. Do not buy. They refused me a refund, they refused me an exchange, I’m absolutely disgusted with Lorna Jane and will never purchase from them again. 70 dollars for a pair of shorts that ripped after one wear! Absolutely not fit for purpose, with even worse customer service. Stick to your Lululemons guys they are actually worth the money!

I was delighted to receive a $20 gift voucher from Lorna Jane as a birthday gift.
I love their contemporary black full-length leggings which cost $100 for two pair when I last went in.
The shop assistant informed me they were now $80 a piece but were on special for $60, so we checked my size and she grabbed a pair from out the back.
I brought up my birthday gift email on my phone only to be told my “gift” was not redeemable for items on special.
Slightly miffed but still wanting the leggings, I handed her $60 only to be told the store no longer accepts cash.
I’d like to thank Lorna Jane for the empowering, positive in-store experience.
I left with a very bad taste in my mouth and will shop elsewhere in future.

My first pair of Lorna Jane tights were great, unfortunately the quality over the last few years seems to have greatly decreased.
I wore a t short maybe 3ish times, it pilled and wore straight away, especially where your seatbelt sits - clearly very cheap fabric.
My most recent tights have to be some of the most uncomfortable I've ever worn.

Clothes with holes after only 2 months
Used to be good quality, definitely not worth the price tag anymore!!
I purchased the Lotus No Chafe Ankle Biter leggings and within a couple of months they have holes. I’ve only worn them to yoga. Their leggings used to be great quality that would last for years but I won’t be buying from them again.

Don’t waste your money
Over the past couple of years I have purchased over $400 worth of bike shorts and leggings from Lorna Jane and all I have to show for it is 5 items with holes. After a month of wear, each time they would rip at the seam. Customer service is absolutely no help, saying there is nothing they can do as it is ‘wear and tear’. But I think for the high price they shouldn’t definitely last more than a month. Very disappointed, spend your money elsewhere.

I haven’t received my order after 2 months

I bought from Lorna Jane France online on July 2nd (order number 28068) and never received my order till now. I was buying several times before from them and everything was fine. This time customer service stopped replying, I wasn’t reimbursed.

Refused to print credit card receipt.
Purchased 2 items and was told in no uncertain terms, that not only would they NOT provide a receipt, I was also unable to get the tiny printout receipt for my credit card purchase. If I didn't provide an email address and phone number, I would have zero proof of purchase. Disgusted. I am told they also no longer take cash.

Still waiting for refund of returned item...
I ordered a nursing sports bra in 2 sizes from LJ to see which fitted best. I sent the size small back to them on 19th Aug (having to pay for returns postage through royal mail which was quite annoying) I can see from the royal mail tracking that the item was received a couple of days after postage but I'm yet to have any acknowledgement/ refund from LJ
I emailed their customer service on the 29th Aug and am still waiting for any response, terrible service!

Poor product quality
Finally saved up the money to buy some thermal leggings. After one day of wear the material already has shaving on it and looks like a pair of leggings that’s been well worn. Very disappointed and annoyed. Needless to say I won’t buy Lorna Jane again.

To keep you warm our thermal garments have a brushed fleece finish that sits against your skin, so like all brushed fleece it can be prone to pilling when rubbing occurs either when wearing or in the wash. It is important to us that your thermal pieces last as long and look as good as the rest of your Lorna Jane garments therefore, we have outlined the best way to take care of them on our garment care page via our website. Defective products, refused refunds
Bought some crop tops that after 2 months, stretched out to be unwearable. Staff are clearly trained not to give refunds and told me that they’re “designed to do that” and that they “don’t have to give any refunds”. Expensive garbage and think they’re above consumer law

Dodgy marketing tactics
While other brands are scratching their heads to get customers emails and approval for advertising/database. LJ does not ask for your approval, they simply ask for your email upon purchasing, because “they are going paperless and will send you receipt via email”. Funny this
is coming from a brand using non recycle-able bags. Knowing where this is going, I explicitly said I do not want advertising materials via email, when asked my email address. I started receiving marketing materials the next day. Blacklisting their emails and the brand

Bought the no Chafe lotus leggings in store. I like to shop instore because I like to try things on rather than getting things posted. Especially leggings. The lady at doncaster shops was very efficient and gave me a brand new pair In the bag. And they were in sale for $60. They are super comfy strechy and buttery feeling material. Highly recommend.
