I bought a pair of the grey Amy tights with the phone pocket on the side just less than a year ago. Besides a sports bra that was gifted to me, this was my first purchase from Lorna Jane. I was expecting the quality to be great and at first they were amazing but after a few washes the fabric started to give and the eventually I had small holes appearing at the seam and also these weird areas where it’s like the fabric is becoming super worn and the elastic in the fabric is like disintegrating or something in these certain areas which are like the size of a 20c piece. I’ve had to throw them away and I’m going to stick with LSKD from now on. I bought tights from them way before I bought my Lorna ones and they’re still going strong plus I’ve worn them way more.

De leggings van LJ zijn heel erg fijn. Ik heb ze eerder in een winkel in de US gekocht. Jammer dat mijn bestelling van 21 januari 2024 bij LJ Nederland nooit is aangekomen en dat ze nooit reageren op mails e.d. Jammer dat een goed merk nu zo'n slechte naam krijgt, door hun eigen handelen.

I recently purchased $700 worth of clothing online from Lorna Jane. After I made the purchase, I found out that I was entitled to a gift with purchase as I had spent over $250. This wasn’t advertised very well on their site. They hide their offers in the FAQ and the Shipping tabs at the bottom of the webpage, which unless you know about the offer and where to look it’s very difficult to find. I reached out to the online chat because this is the only way to make contact with customer service and asked if they would send the gwp, as I had spent almost 3 times the qualifying amount. They suggested I send the clothes back for a refund (at my own expense) and reorder the clothes with the gwp promo. I said I had worn the clothes so they weren’t suitable for their returns policy. They said they couldn’t help then and that was the end of the conversation. I think this is an extremely poor and disappointing response. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in this company or their desire to deliver genuine customer service. They are not solutions focussed and their blanket approaches are impersonal. I recommend spending your money elsewhere such as PE nation who have outstanding customer service and actually value the experience of their customers.

Recently walked into the Lorne Jane store at Rouse Hill was greeted immediately by a lovely staff member, I asked for her name (Khadija).
She greeted my daughter and I with the warm smile and was very helpful with our purchase.
She was very professional and extremely polite and not to mention very informative about the sizing and taking care of our item She very knowledgeable about the overall apparel at her store.
I highly recommend Lorne Jane to those looking for quality fitness or lounge wear.
Best retail experience I've had in a long time.

Love this brand. Really appreciate the quality and design of the product and how beautifully activewears are designed considering the minor details on it.

Just sent back an item for an exchange and they very promptly sent the new item back to me. I also dealt with their customer support team via live chat online and they were prompt at resolving my questions.
Lorna Jane have always had great quality clothes (especially leggings!) and great customer service, not sure why the trust pilot rating is so low. My experience with them has always been great.

i get the answers imidiatly. the only thing that the company didnt took care yet is the name of the billing recite.
i dont know to whom should I write more... i tried many time to call, write, chat and nothing. i really need this changing name on my recite. it should be under the card I paid with. mabey from here it can happen. thanks , shavit kremer-zilberman

Easy and convenient ordering and return process. Lost my log in details and the customer service team were super quick to reply and help me out. Great products, I live in the lotus leggings 😍

The service was extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately they would not accept my cash, and weren't able to provide me with a paper receipt.

I was given a LJ crop top for my birthday in April. Too big. Rang Garden City store to exchange. They found my friend's receipt and it turns out she purchased in Feb - but I didn't receive it until April. Was told there's a strict "no exchange" after 30 days policy. It's unworn with tags on and it's a current style. I just need to swap the XL for MED. That's all.

I've had the manager and assistant manager on separate calls who said "there's nothing we can do". I gave my name and number to them and asked them to have head office call me. I got a call back from Garden City manager saying "Head office said after 30 days there's nothing they can do" but I could lodge a support ticket either live chat. What? Nobody from head office had the courtesy to ring me?

Do they know the concept of "customer lifetime value"? Is this how they nurture a customer fir a repeat purchase. It's laughable.

My jaw is on the floor. I run my own small business so I know how to deliver and delight and be reasonable. Despite "a
corporate policy" that says "no exchange after 30 days" common sense and decency says if the item was a gift and it's unworn with tags on and it's a current style, then it's reasonable to allow a size exchange. I don't want a refund. Just a size that fits.

The attitude of the Garden City staff was abrupt and unhelpful. It was almost like they would risk getting fired if they made a decision to go outside company policy.

Thus experience has turned me from a loyal LJ customer to an disappointed and shocked former customer who will never shop there again.

The active wear market is pretty competitive and I'm shocked that Lorna Jane thinks they can survive in this retail market with such unreasonable and inflexible exchange policies (especially when it's a current style).

Look forward to the team response to this.....(although they'll probably just reiterate their corporate exchange policy). Just woeful

This company didn't accept my cash. They also claimed their products protected against COVID. Further, they claim they empower woman, but have the biggest gender pay gap in the retail industy. Boycott this business

I've been a returning Lorna Jane customer for over 5 years. Love all of their pieces. I happened to get pair of Lotus Leggings that formed a hole in them suddenly. I went online to the Customer Service Chat. Was instantly greeted with no wait time, sent through a pic of the hole and they were more then happy for me to exchange and get another pair. Amazing 5 min overall experience! x

You buy a product and it lasts for years. Well worth the investment in such a high quality product. Love LJ 💖

What kind of store doesn’t allow you to cancel an order. It hasn’t even been sent yet, but I have to wait for it to arrive just to send it back? I definitely won’t be shopping with them again. After reading the reviews here I’m shocked.

Shoddy quality for what you get. Purchased a pair of leggings where the internal seam completely disintegrated upon first wash. Trying to get this remedied was nothing short of traumatizing. I stupidly went back to treat myself to a new sport bra. The clasp that kept the bra together as a racer back came off after one wash. You think that would be simple to remedy but no, they treat you like a criminal that stole from them without several forms of proof. When all I wanted was a solution to get a new clasp.

Rude and patronising staff. The young girls at the Sydney City Store need to realize that women over 50 are not fools. First I was asked, "that will be $205 - is that OK?". I can read a price tag. Plus she spoke slowly and told me she would walk me through the sign up process and help me fill in the details. When I tried to call customer service to give a bit of feedback I was referred to a bot. Why give me a flyer about the The Butterfly Effect when your staff are so condescending?

Had a really excellent experience with Lorna Jane team and am so excited to get my new pants to try. Customer Service were very understanding and helpful!

Horrible customer service in store at Eaton Fair. They kept the bra I returned (faulty design) and refused to refund. I went through Consumer Protection (gov department) and they still refused to refund me. Worst customer care ever!

LJ response is an absolute lie about a remedy.

Horrible customer service by the young tall lady who only looked good at Harbout town. Asked for model pants size M and was told it is all on the rack without even offering to help. She kept repeating 4 times that the product is non-returnable and did not even ask for email address for membership and quipped it does not matter as the product cannot be returned. I had to tell her it matters to me as I get a receipt via email and I heard her numerous times on the product non-returnable. Seriously, get your act together and get someone with a passion for service. A shallow pretty face does not equate good service. Not coming back to LJ Harbour town. Crappy service.
