I purchased a sweatshirt for $160 and after 3 wears the outside fabric had pilled terribly. When I contacted LJ they treated me like an idiot and refused to do anything to assist. What a terrible product with even worse customer service.

Bought shorts on line ,complete chinese rubbish ,looked used ,smelt worse ,SKAMMERS ,wouldn't refund to my bank got involved and got a full refund ,they sell shit and know it there company is under investigation for misleading practises ,remember always get bank involved ,this is one disgusting vile company AVOID AVOID

Bought leggings online and they turned up looking like they had been trampled on and dirty. Tried to contact LJ and send pics of the damage but only can contact them during specific hours via online chat. I work during the day and it isn’t possible for me to sit on my phone or computer trying to resolve this. Sent message and response was to contact them again during working hours online. Will never purchase from LJ again as they are user unfriendly and unhelp

Extremely disappointing experience at Lorna Jane Wetherill Park.
I spent half an hour carefully choosing clothes to try on, only to be told very rudely that I wasn’t allowed to try anything because the store was closing. I politely asked for just ten minutes, but the staff member coldly refused and asked me to leave immediately without any care or respect.
I wasted my time for nothing — she didn’t care at all about the customer experience or the brand’s reputation.
Lorna Jane is supposed to represent quality, but hiring such unprofessional and disrespectful staff seriously damages the brand image. Clearly, this employee only cares about finishing her shift, not about treating customers properly.
Very disappointing and unacceptable behavior. I will never return to this store, and I sincerely hope Lorna Jane management takes action.

Would be less if that was the option. My husband went into the Joondalup to buy me a birthday gift. He went to the counter to pay for the items he had chosen to only be told we don’t accept cash here. The way it was said he felt like a second class citizen. I have since read that the stores became cashless in 2022. Which is disgusting and the excuse that it is safer is a joke. It is legal tender I will never purchase any Lorna Jane products in the future.

I had a bad experience . I was expecting the quality to be great because the leggings are very comfortable ,at first they were amazing but after a few times of wearing the fabric started to give and the eventually I had 2 small holes appearing at the seam and also these weird areas where it’s like the fabric is becoming super worn and the elastic in the fabric is like disintegrating in these certain areas , I thought this one might I bought a wrong size but I bought another 2 pairs and I had the same problem , I threw away 4 pairs of leggings , it is waisting my money I am very disappointed …

I bought several Lorna Jane activewear items after hearing so much hype about the brand, but I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality. After just one wear, the tights started pilling badly and attract excessive dirt, hair, and lint—none of which comes off even after washing or using a lint roller.

I've never encountered this kind of fabric quality in activewear before, especially not at this price point. I specifically bought their limited edition collection, thinking it would be higher quality, but it turned out to be subpar. I spent hundreds of dollars while visiting Australia and chose to buy in bulk, expecting durable, premium products. Instead, I feel completely ripped off. Sadly, it feels like my money was wasted. Lorna Jane should either refund my money or replace items in warranty.

Products seem OK. Staff were fine, but apparently company policy is to not accept cash? Firstly this is just wrong, cash should always be an option. Secondly you only find this out at the cashier. No signs or info in the store as such until you get there to pay after spending the time to chose your item.

I bought the LJ Lorna Jane track shirt. I watched it a few times (in cold water, with sensitive detergent, and hand dry) . Got a big spot in the middle which I finally figured out that the colour washed out. There was wash out on other parts of the shirt that were less noticeable . I took the shirt in to the store for The store employee to have a look at it. At first she told me it must be oil which is weird because I haven’t used any oil with it on. Then by the end of the conversation she said that my detergent must’ve been too harsh. She didn’t feel comfortable exchanging the shirt. She’s very nice about it. Disappointing it’s a bit disappointing because that clothing is not Cheap in Price. I’m really surprised that they wouldn’t exchange it. I really like the line, but I won’t be shopping there again.

I bought some shorts at a local sports shop a good 12 months ago only because they were the only ones in my size, but OMG they're my favourite! I've bought a few gym shorts from other brands since and they do not compete. I bought the Sunkissed Gingham 12cm bike shorts. The fabric is so sturdy but not hot, I never need to adjust my shorts at the gym, my boyfriend loves them the most on me, and even though I've grown since buying them they still feel amazing, though in need of buying a larger size. So I went on the Lorna Jane website today to look for something and was a bit overwhelmed by all the options. So I decided to message them asking what would be the most similar to the pair I already have. And Heidi was so helpful! She asked all my preferences and sent through so many shorts that tick all of my boxes and I wouldn't have found looking through the site on my own. I'm definitely about to order a few more pairs. I honestly only wear my Lorna Jane pair of shorts to the gym despite owning three other brands. The 12cm length is awesome, and the high waisted part is thicker so I never feel self conscious of any bloating, it honestly feels like it's constantly sculpting me. My pair's got a little bit of pilling now, but that'll be because of regular washing for 12 months (because I only want to wear them lol). I would definitely recommend! The fabric on the pair I love is their LJ Elite.

Needed to purchase a gift that could be exchanged/returned as it had to be sent interstate and I was unsure of sizing. When I went to pay I noticed the sign NO CASH ACCEPTED. I had already committed to the purchase and shop assistant had been very helpful so will not be shopping there any more.

Awesome customer service. I lost both my gift cards and they quickly supplied me with new card. Absolute pleasure to deal with.

Changing a bad review! Initially I wasn’t happy with my experience as I couldn’t get hold of anyone in customer service to exchange two pairs of leggings that got holes in them after only a few months of wear. However, I have since been in contact with the customer care team who were extremely friendly and helpful, and were more than happy to exchange or refund my leggings. I am hopeful that the new pairs I receive will last longer as I really like the fit and feel!

Two days trying to order a gift card and still no reply or help from customer service. Very poor service. Their system is not accepting credit card numbers. I left multiple messages thru the chat but no response. Wont be buying from them in future.

The lady who helped me was very helpful and gave me a quick solution! I didn’t have to wait in the cue long at all and she fixed my issue for me straight away. She was very lovely to speak to and made it a pleasant experience :)

They made an error issuing a gift card and when we went to use the card it didn’t work and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. So their error cost me $100.

As soon as I walked in to Lorna Jane Kawana, I was greeted by these two beautiful girls, Sophie and Ella. They were very conscious of my feelings and were totally honest about what did and did not suit me. That was invaluable to me, they weren't just after a sale, they were genuinely there to assist me and make sure I felt the best and looked the best in the clothes that I purchased. I am so very grateful for my experience with them and will most definitely be going back for more of their beautiful clothes.
