Lorel Diamonds Recenzje

I’ve received my beautiful engagement ring today.
I must admit my husband & I were a little worried spending so much money without viewing the ring but the fact you can ring & speak to someone who was so helpful was great.
The support, customer service & the quality of my beautiful ring is amazing.
I certainly wouldn’t hesitate from buying from them again.
I’m so so happy with my ring I just can’t stop smiling 😁

Absolutely fantastic service that I want to share with you. I was very sceptical about ordering my diamond wedding ring from this company but the reviews were good so I took the risk. The customer service was excellent my wedding ring is absolutely gorgeous. I could not be happier. I would totally recommend this company and the rings are half the retail price. Thank you so much.

Good communication and beautiful ring but way overpriced compared to the true value

Outstanding customer service and beautiful jewellery. This is not the first ring I have bought from Lorel Diamonds and yet again they have exceeded my expectations. They delivered to a deadline and the ring is amazing. Thank you again.

Fantastic across the board, Jayne has been fantastic at accommodating our requests and providing quick support.

Cannot recommend enough

I had such a wonderful experience with Lorel Diamond when purchasing my fiancé’s engagement ring. The communication throughout was excellent, and the ring itself is absolutely beautiful.

The ring needed resizing, which they kindly offered to do free of charge, and they also polished out a small scuff for me, which was such a lovely extra touch. Their customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

They were also incredibly helpful when it came to choosing the wedding ring. They sent me pictures of different options that would complement the engagement ring, which made the decision so much easier. I’ve now purchased the wedding ring from them too!

I would highly recommend Lorel Diamond to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery and excellent customer service. I’m so happy with both rings and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. My fiancé loves the ring, it’s beautiful. The rings are very reasonably priced, but there’s no catch, they are beautiful. Thank you

Great service and lovely product. Just what it said on the tin

Purchased both the engagement ring and the wedding ring from Lorel - beautiful jewellery which comes beautifully packaged! Great communication throughout the process too.

Looking for a wedding ring Lorrel Diamonds came up with the perfect ring for a fantastic price compared to high street jewellers, almost half the price and what was delivered was outstanding quality.

Really good service, beautiful product, excellent customer service

The ring is beautiful and exactly as described. Bought as an anniversary gift and the wife was amazed.

I had an excellent experience with Lorel Diamonds. I had a few queries before ordering my Wife's choice of wedding ring and Philippa in Customer Support answered all my questions clearly and immediately.
Upon ordering, I was given a date of arrival for the ring and it turned up exactly as quoted. It was very well packaged, both safe and secure and packaged in a way that nobody could tell what was inside.
The ring was beautifully made and the quality is excellent. The inscription I requested was perfect also. The ring box is big and stylish and well made. My wife is so very happy with her ring, both the style and size and she very proudly shows it off all the time.
Thank you very much for your great service and product. You have made my Wife very happy, which in turn, makes me very happy also!!

Very professional, prompt, and flexible. Well done.

Well designed website that allowed easy viewing and choice of ring.
When arrived really nice ring that was well packaged and good communication regarding updates about delivery.
Only small negative was the lack of information (that I could see) regarding manufacture and delivery times prior to purchase.

From order placement to delivery the quality of service was outstanding. Extremely happy with my purchase and will certainly come back again. Highly recommended!

Ordering and delivery of a beautiful product were both effortlessly straightforward. Packaging was also high quality. Lorel is a fabulous find if jewellery is your thing!

The ring looked better in reality than in the images and they were good. It was worth the short wait to see the look on my wife's face. It was an item she was not expecting.

Great coms , ready on the estimated date exactly, great price and fantastic quality !

Fantastic service. My ring is gorgeous. It's so sparkly. I've had lots of compliments. It's my special 'Rng of Strength' to help me smile during a nasty illness..
