A smooth and reliable transaction

Fantastic transaction, they kept me up to date with the delivery process and the cement arrived promptly. They also packed the product safe and well.
Would definitely do business with this company again.

Ok but poor communication

Order was placed and I received an email a few days later to say item was being delivered on a certain day. That day came and went so I called only to be told that the item was short delivered and some deliveries were not sent. I was informed that a new order would be raised but would take another week. I was disappointed that I was not informed and that I had to chase delivery. Item finally arrived, without notification, around 10 days later.

Straightforward, no-fuss purchase.

I knew exactly the model of Brabantia ironing board I wanted. The website was easy to negotiate; the item arrived in good time, well-packaged. The only reservation I would have is that Lords of Notting Hill did not stock a plain replacement ironing board cover (I wanted two covers on from the outset) which I had to order elsewhere. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Good service from a great company

I ordered a Brabantia post box and it was delivered in the timescale advertised and at a competitive price. The packaging was excellent and the web site ver easy to used with good information.

Based on this I will certainly use them again and recommend to my friends.
