I took out a free trial on the sim which was on offer and was told I had till the 1st of April free then the company tries to charge me for march even though it was meant to be free this company is nothing but scammers and false advertisers would never use again it’s nothing but a joke

they have never delivered the device. Support kept calling me for a while to assure me I will receive the item, but they stopped now, it has be 4 months and have not got anything. All the while they are trying to charge me the monthly subscription, and my device is somehow activated on my account.

It is practically a scam indeed.

I had an awful experience with this company. I experienced ongoing issues with the eSIM activation and the porting process, which were never properly resolved.

I stayed with the company for three days trying to get the problems sorted, but every time I contacted customer service, I was passed between agents who did not seem to understand the issue or know how to fix it.

The lack of knowledge and support was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to join this company.

Fraudsters - beware.

I bought a loop in December 26, a great but of kit. I did not sign up for, or receive a data plan.

On 21st Jan i was called to see how I was enjoying it.

On the same day, their agent set up a data plan and a recurring billing to the card i have used for the purchase.

They claimed i agreed to the subscription when i bought it, yet didn't set it up till a month later, on the same day they called me.

Bot a coincidence

The device not working properly I paid full price and my Loop having a charging issues, I contact Loop but they try to avoid the responsibilities now open a dispute with my payment provider to get all my money back.

Having just received my £1 Loop with their intro promo offer, I'm absolutely flabbergasted at the offering. It's a solid Android 15 running Google oS encased in a whopping speaker with very good sound output.

The draw is £25pm for unlimited data and the loop specifically hosts and shares a 5G signal, making it an absolute Spotify beast on the go. The practicality of which is yet to be implemented into my daily life.

The only wonder I have is the integrated loop app has persistent and constant location access. I'm hoping it's a genuine market study to see their creations journeys and not some hedonistic, self serving big brother. The 1£ buy in fee for early adopters is almost too good to be true.

Received my loop this weekend and couldn't be happier with it! The build quality and the quality of the device is fantastic. It runs android 15 so you are able to download your own apps onto the device, the pre installed loop app is simple and makes it easy to share wifi with friends and family. I was skeptical when ordering due to it only being £1! (Now £95!) delivery time was very fast and delivered with royal mail 24. the support team are very good at responding to any queries you have!
