Purchased a wall decor. wad much smaller than advertised.
Metal was extremely thin.
Wrote requesting to return. 7 times. They offered a discount of 15%. I told them I want to return and get refund.
They said extremely hard and complicated to return goods. But if I want to return i need to send photo of unopened item.
I did 3 times no response. Its been a month now contacting credit card company for a section 75 refund.
DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE COMPANY. Londonvip is just an p.o.addresd

So glad I read the reviews after being undecided because something was telling me not to do it. I was going to purchase one of the 12,5inc witches. So glad I didn't after reading the reviews. Very false advertising not what they should look like. I urge people to always read reviews before you purchase anything of the internet. I had a lucky escape, thanks to reading the reviews. Message is DO NOT BUY EVER WITHOUT CHECKING FIRST.

Ordered the Xmas shirt from here, and wish I'd read the reviews first.Shirt arrived, and is a huge disappointment. Im a fairly tall lad 6"2' and 15stone. Order the XL.
Shirt came, checked label immediately, as the shirt 'looked small for XL'. Label stated XL, tried to put shirt on, at best a medium, mist probably a small.
Contacted the company, who totally ignored the issue of size being incorrect.
Told me I had to return item at my expense, which is considerably higher than deliver cost. No offer to replace item.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

This company is a scam....I ordered a figurine which was nothing like it stated.....a beautiful lady....when it arrived it was nothing like the photo....half the size and not the right colour.....disappointing to say the least....don't order from this company.......

Their customer support NEVER answer any email enquiries , hace been emailing everyday relentlessly for 2 weeks and absolutely no response. I dont itend to buy anything from this lot.

Bought one of the witches and a poorly painted plastic witch was what I received, they dont answer emails and phone numbers dont connect, got pay pal involved and got a full refund but this company is a scam

Bought the Witches when I saw the advert on Facebook for the beautiful 12" figures. Like other disgruntled buyers received nothing like the witch portrayed. Fed up with trying to get a refund and placed a re-charge claim with my bank. Money returned in full via my bank. Disgraceful false advertising - should be banned

If I could give a 0 I would, not the twelve inch witches I saw advertised on Facebook, they are tiny, totally not worth the money total scam.

The items of Halloween witches, were beautiful on the video, standing 12inch high.
It did say there may be a slight difference in measurement.
An understatement, they are only 61/2 inches high, and no good for my display I wanted.
I have asked for a refund, but they only offer 10%compensation.
Avoid like the plaque.

Item arrived with a broken bit off the hat and was only 7” tall rather than the twelve inches advertised. After emailing them they offered me 10% back then 15% when I refused. I still asked for a full refund which they refused to give unless I returned the item on the condition that it was unopened 🤷‍♀️and fit for resale ( it’s broken! )

Disgusting company clearly not based in the UK where trading standards apply.

This company is a con do not buy from them,I ordered a autumn witch ornament which was advertised as being over 12 inches long when it came it was inches and looked like something from a pound shop.I have complained several times but no reply company is a complete con.DO NO BUY.

Absolutely disgusting, figures are not as described. I have been robbed!!! Brought all 4 of the autumn witches!!! False advertising at its best! Absolute joke!! Nothing like the picture at all. No point asking for a refund as I have now read reviews! Do not buy from this company!

Don’t order from this place. Terrible.
Your order won’t be anything like you expected. You won’t get through on the number you eventually find as it and address for refunds don’t exist. Scam, rip off site. 😡 very angry.

The autumn witch statue I ordered was not the size I expected .Nothing like the picture and alot smaller and the leaves were not as pictured on the advert.It also took two weeks to arrive even though they had taken payment

Fraudulent advertising. My received witch statues items were half the size and wrong colour. Refusal to refund unless you pay extortinate shipping costs and you havent opened the items!! Why would you not open your parcel??? Disgusting customer service.

The autumn whitch statue I ordered was not the size I expected in the advertisement it looked to be at least 12 inches tall ,when it arrived it was 6 inches tall to small for its purpose and now it just looks ridiculous and you carn't even see its features. I am disappointed and it also took 5 weeks to arrive.

I ordered 12.5 inch witch figurine but recieved a 6 inch figure when I got in touch they offered 10% refund i told them they sent out wrong item they said they dont do refunds but if i return the item i must pay return and shipping these people are not to be trusted absolutely stay clear

I would score nothing stars if I could purchase Autumn witch very deceiving it's no more than 6 inches high the advert photograph is very misleading a load of rubbish looks nothing like the advert . This was for a gift . Please stay clear of this company also it comes from china !!!!!
