I have been coming to this clinic for the past two years and I have been having laser hair removal, facials and herbal peels and have been very happy with the outstanding results. The clinic can normally come to is Colindale and I also go to the one in Oxford Circus. I recently have been coming to Colindale to have electrolysis done. This is a specialist treatment and I have very good feedback with the therapist called Nehal. The therapist always accommodates the times that I require and she is professional and patient and I have 100 percent % confidence in her. If you are a nervous client like myself I highly recommend her as she has exceptional experience. I honestly can’t sing her praises enough.

I've been going to Laser Clinic for a while now, and the results have been fantastic. I would want to express my gratitude to Zeynep for her excellent work on my ear laser. I suggest laser treatment to anyone who wishes to have it done.

She is incredibly lovely and helpful, providing excellent advice and thorough explanations about the treatments. Her energy is contagious, making the experience even more enjoyable. I give her a 10/10 and can't wait for my next session with her!

Had filiform wart removal via laser at the Oxford St clinic.

I had been waiting endlessly for an ‘urgent’ dermatology referral (which still hasn’t come) and decided to take matters into my own hands - and I’m so pleased I did.

Unlike the Harley St clinics who charge an unnecessary consultation fee and then several hundred pounds more for the procedure, London Laser only cost me £90.

They were very up front about what I could expect and that I might have to return for a second session, but they did it so well that I didn’t need to.

The aftercare was also great - they were the ones messaging me to find out how I was recovering.

So if you’re struggling with the same issue, go for laser and def try London Laser

I had my top up laser session today at London laser clinic Colindale.As usually, staff was very friendly ,appointment was on time and Farida ,the therapist ,was very careful, professional and friendly.
I would highly recommend this clinic for everyone, they have very good products ,equipment and professional staff aswell.

Just finished 7 of 10 laser hair removal sessions at London laser hair removal based in Colindale.
Seeing amazing results. The staff are friendly, professional and put you at ease.
My therapist Nehal is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Over the sessions she gradually increased the intensity of the laser and advised me to trust her. I did and can't thank her enough for the fantastic results that I am seeing.
Highly recommend this clinic and the therapist Nehal.

I have read the review from Com, and am experiencing exactly the same issues. I paid for 10 sessions in advance in October 22 for the Chiswick clinic that has now closed down after having just 2 sessions. I have been asked to go to another clinic that will take me over 1 hour 45 to get to the appointment that I've declined and have requested a refund that has been refused. I was promised a call back by the manager over a week ago as I explained I'm unwilling to travel for hours to and from an appointment and am still waiting! I am taking this further as I am so upset and disappointed with the way I've been treated.
Update since writing the review and subsequent response from Rami: a) I directly wrote to Rami to try to resolve my issues amicably but did not receive a response b) I only requested and received a partially refund. I received a refund for 8 sessions only and not 10.

I had my appointment and the nurse sold me 6 more treatments at the Chiswick branch.
I walked passed the clinic last week only to find it had closed.
I had no contact from London laser clinic that they were closing.
I rang up to find what was going on and why I had not been told they had shut.
They said they were getting around to telling people.
I asked why they had taken money off me for more treatments and they said they did not no they were closing!!!
They offered me an appointment at another branch which was miles away from where I live, I explained Chiswick was where I lived, so I asked for a refund.
I have rung a few times asking about my refund, They are still yet to come back to me.
I am very disapointed by the way I have been treated, I had been happy up until this point.
I hold that writing this review they will get in touch with me and give me my money back

Lovely Paniz lovely experience

Today I was served by Paniz at Laserclinics Westfield brach in white city.
She was absolutely professional,friendly very excperienced and confident of providing tge treatment.
The consultation clarified everything for me so I was not stressed out about any pain.
It was completely painless and I received a wonderful laser hair removal for my face.

It was such a pleasant experience with lovely Paniz.

They are professional and competitive. I got my full body done at their Chiswick branch. Lorie was very thorough and thoughtful. I was scared in the beginning but she made the whole process so easy and comfortable. She is very friendly and reassuring. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Well done Lorie.

Professional, friendly, hygienic.
1st of 10 laser hair removal treatments today. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The first consultation with Olivia, explained the procedure in detail.
Crystal who performed the procedure, came with a wealth of experience and was very professional.
Post procedure, Christina explained the next stages and provided further valuable advice.
So far very pleased with the level of service, and would recommend to others.

I highly recommend this clinic! I’ve been having laser sessions and have had really good results. My therapist Liliana is amazing- she has always been really good at explaining things and is very knowledgeable when it comes to laser and other beauty treatments.

I arrived and met a disgruntled staff member, I now know her as Anali, what should have been a 30 minute Scalp hair removal session ended up lasting 10/15 minutes with no Aftercare except being rushed out as she had another client haha.... Unsurprisingly the results were as expected from a rushed session although I will be fair in saying I had no bad side effects or symptoms from this treatment.

Since then I have attended another clinic and I have had a fantastic experience, this session lasted 30 minutes as booked and I was treated with respect and dignity, staff were very friendly... From this session I have now come to realise that the first session at Eastcastle Street was a joke and I had wasted £62.

I have since called now twice to speak to the Manager Russia or Rosha re this, she hasn't made any attempt to email or call me back despite a time apparently being booked into her diary to do so, therefore displaying very poor Managerial skills and from reading a review that I have earlier read re this Manager I wont be surprised if I don't hear anything.

So to end this unpleasant review, I will still continue to use the London Laser Clinic however AVOID EASTCASTLE STREET and ANALI unless you want to waste your money and time.

I had a wonderful experience. One of the best hydrafacials with my doubts being cleared and being extremely friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend Arina as I get a sense of comfort and would definitely trust her for my hydrafacial

Well I am getting the treatment from London Laser Clinic Eastcastle branch. Booked my first 6 six sessions with them on my first session the lady said she is not able to treat the Private parts I did mention this on my every session to them that there is one remaining session with you lot. Today I called the clinic and the lady who spoke to me on the phone, she claimed she is the manager named as Russia but sadly she’s not aware how to deal with the paying Clients. Was being rude over the phone then I called them again to request a call back and then I received a call from Mam Johanna and she did try to defend that lady as she said she was there with her when she called I am surprised if you were there why she didn’t pass the phone to you. The worst manager ever I’ve seen in my life who has no knowledge what is going on with the clients who are getting the treatment in the clinic. They need to hire someone who actually knows how to speak without getting rude over the phone and then they said I’m the rude one yes I am rude when the person infront of me getting rude with me. They need to fix it.

Liliana has been wanderful and accommodating therapist.
She shows me pure care dedication and has proved to me that she is not grabbing money therapist and she always puts the client's health first all time.
I had 5 sessions so far and my result is amazing.

I have been going there for chin hair removal. Been struggling with hair there for years and after I gave birth i decided its time to do something. Choose London Laser for the good reviews. I called them and the first thing they told me is they have great discounts for packages and i took one. Since then hair is alsmot gone and I'm on my second package which had a great discount on it too! They do have great offers all the time so look out for them. Oh and the staff are super friendly and caring. I always ask them a tone of questions about different pricedures or skin care and they are happy to explain. They are all wonderful!
