Excellent customer service team

I am going in November but wanted to say how excellent the customer service have been in re-arranging my tickets due to the impending tube strike this weekend. A fast, positive response and all has been sorted.

If Graham is your guide, then this is a winner

Brilliant tour. West Ham lead with Olympic history thrown in. Pitch side, stadium upper view, locker room time. Really good well set up event. This stadium is something special.

Graham was friendly, respectful and great with kids on the tour getting them involved.

Went on a tour of the London Stadium…

Went on a tour of the London Stadium recently and couldn't fault it.
Great to see behind the scenes, changing rooms and walk out of the tunnel etc.
A big shout out to Craig the guide who made the tour fun whilst being very knowledgeable.
I would definitely recommend.

Best stadium tour in London

I have been on countless tours of London Stadium, the choice of legends tours feels endless. The tour guides I have had are very knowledgeable on West Ham, The Olympics and the history of the area and always took the time out to answer questions and take photos. The stadium looks amazing all year round and I appreciate the work put into each tour I have been on.

thank you an informative,fun and engaging experience at the London Stadium.Our guide was excellent with great information and a nice sense of humour.There was also a great mix of information including the history of the stadium,the Olympic Games, other events and of course West Ham United.My wife and I were delighted with the whole experience.

Harvey and Thea were the best

Harvey and Thea were the best. Life changing tour, I used to support this club called Arsenal but thankfully I have discovered West Ham with this tour. I am now a devout. Barista Alex’s cups of tea were abit milky but we will take it.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful…

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience at the London stadium, the staff I encountered were really friendly and professional, the guide Joe was so knowledgeable and fun and made it feel special for everyone on the tour, the stadium is really impressive and to see behind the scenes was fantastic, I thourghly recommend this experience.

My Tour experience was great

My Tour experience was great! I booked this as a gift for my dad and he loved it. The tour guide was knowledgeable and we got to see some great areas. This was more than a WestHam united tour as we got to learn about the history of the stadium and all their iconic events!! I’d highly recommend.
