I have selected 1 star as 0 stars was not an option. Bought a 2022 Mercedes Sprinters van online £23,500 which was in 'pristine condition' when arrived it is covered in damage, scratches, rust coming through, chip in the windscreen and parking sensors don't work. Tried to reason with the dealer but they are just a bunch of con artists.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

it seems that I am just adding to the long list of people fallen foul of this guy. Bought a Ford Transit custom '64 plate, 75,000, almost £12k, looked good on paper. MOT had been carried out and was told that there had been no advisories. On the contract it said all checks had been carried out including a diagnostic and all steering components checked. Within 2 days of buying it, (on the drive back from Scotland) the engine started going into limp mode, and thus began the troubles. I got the van checked out at my local garage and here is the list of what eventually needed sorting;
Cam sensor replacement
Brakes and discs all needed replacing despite passing MOT
CV joint and axle replacement
Power steering pipes badly corroded/burst needed replacing
Burst intercooler pipe.

After repeated attempts to contact the garage I received no response, despite going down the official trading standards/consumer affairs route.
Considering taking him to court at this stage.

Van purchased nine months ago and ,apart from a replacement windscreen wiper has been faultless.
Contrary to a number of reviews I have had a pleasant experience at this van outlet and would use again.

Do not trust the salesman. Typical used car salesman. He’ll tell you anything to get the sale then deny he said it when there are any comebacks. I would highly recommend that you never use these chancers.

Got a vivaro van was told its in great running order van started first time no problem. On picking van up was told the v5 had gone missing was told to order new v5 and I wouldbe refunded (still awaiting refund). The van made it as far as the Erskine bridge and broke down not a 10 min drive away. Called repeatedly and ignored then finally get an answer took van back they gave me a courtesy van which was not insured to drive. They held onto the van to run down the warranty time and was told waiting on parts or mechanics on holiday then mark was on holiday or off because his 10 children had arrived in consecutive weeks. Ultimately put 5k into the van after that to keep it running then the engine seized 8k spent all in and got a year and a half of nightmares. I had it checked by an individual garage who couldn't believe it had left the forecourt with a new mot. Crooks and putting people in danger

Complete and utter rip off merchants..
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY…
These people do not care about you, just your money…

These vans are not serviced or looked at before sale and I’d be very surprised if the mot is legal.. no advisories and the front discs n pads were shot…. terrible.
Since buying a van I’ve been told by a lot of local people steer clear and that the business is a joke… would have been nice to know this before I stepped foot in the place…

I bought a van from this so called garage middle of May , my daughter drove it down the road to get it home, when she reached home approximately 90 miles ,she said that van is gutless, had a run of it myself a sure enough it was gutles. Emailed the Mark guy that I was dealing with but no reply, emailed him again twice saying the van was gutless and the windscreen that he said had to be replaced was leaking ,no reply.
Had to fork out over £1200 quidd to get it fixed, I asked him to make sure it got a good service and he said it did get a service. When I took it to a garage they said that van hasn’t got a service since god knows when.
So like the rest of the review is stay well away from this so called van centre , they are just a bunch of cowboys and not honest

Stay away from them, I bought a pick up in the 18th of August, the same day I wrote to them saying there was a noise coming from the gearbox, futures inspections from an independent mechanic showed Low gearbox no working, air condition no working, heating driver side no working, brake pads on metal, it shouldn't pas an MOT, I asked already for a full refund within 30 days, they are ignoring me.

Do not buy any car from them!!!!!

The Nissan Navara was supplied with the following, a non operating offside window, a the radio requires a new code, Nissan charge £35 for this. The air con is non functional, the holes in the roof for the previous owner light fitting has been filled with silicon! The offside headlamp is opaque, don't know how this passed an MoT , the spot lamps on the front are broken, missing. The hand over was amateur, or professional, depending on your outlook. I will report the MOT station to VOSA, and I will update this review when the faults are rectified, or not 14 days to go ( consumer rights) and counting!!

Bought a van that was supposed to have been serviced and in good condition. Battery died after a day, running board fell off, van has no record of recent service and hadn't been valeted despite being told both had been done.

Took to a garage for a service to be told the front and rear disks, rear shocks and exhaust clamp are corroded and timing belt, battery and water pump all needed replaced. Cost me an extra £1211.

Won't be using them again.

Traveled 600miles to view a van advertised as excellent condition. Further from the truith and wasted my day. Took 3 turns for the engine to stay running. DPF warning, plus streering warning light came on.something kept buzzing somewhere. Door key barrel missing and centeral locking didnt close it. It was sprayed a different blue front back and sides for whatever reason. Bonnet didnt match both wings. Brake pads nearly all worn down and the back box exhaust coming appart. Definatelly what i wouldnt describe as excellent condition. Dont waste your time traveling as they are rouge traders. They obviously purchase vans from auctions that nobody wants for a very low price.
